Can you use groundnut oil to cook okpa or bitter leaf/ogbono soup? but Our Lady sorted things out and everyone was shocked that l entered Kenya with palm oil but l will never try that again those airport guys will seize it next time.

@woky, you no well! l had problems with the palm oil l had in my luggage when l left Nigeria, just about 15mins to take-off & was already settled in my seat only to hear my name being announced in the airplane that l should step down from the plane!

No, am presently living in Nairobi Kenya but l did attend the program in January 2011-3 years ago. Just love St.Dominics Parish though not a parishoner as my home Parish is St.Agnes Maryland.

Was with a Priest at the mall and over coffee we shared mission experiences and what got me laughing was when the Priest recounted his experience in Brazil, that at Mass he shared the Gospel reading with a female member of the Parish as na 50-50 job!

Solamin is very effective taking it alongside Esomoron I came across it in the Sun newspaper in 2008 and immediately called a relative who is a carrier to go get them.

lt is good for stomach related issues, detoxifies the body and very good as an anti-malaria. l just wash the fresh leaves with salt and have it blended with clean water and l drink a glass of it before going to bed, l tell you it is very effective.
