The criteria was to fish out sm1 dat will delver wht he's delivering. However for him to hav forged university cert and NYSC cert which is a crime agaist FED REP OF NIGERIA,then he ws ready to go all the way.Regardless, if trully he's sobber and ready for restitution he has to resign as soon as possble, beg God for forgiveness and I'k sure God will open new ways unto him.
