As a Christian, I don't take what does not belong to me.

In such case, the best thing is to involve the authorities, Police, EFCC, ICPC and the courts.

They will question him on why he refused to pay you your money when he had excess in his account. Las las, you'll get a court backed judgement to remove your balance and send the remaining to him. Case closed!

Advice to whom it may concern.. always enter a signed agreement before lending money out else you'd be doing charity.
