Yes, some universities ask for a grading system, so be sure to upload one, just incase.

I don't understand your question.

Some request for grading system and they usually ask we send or upload a docs from the university that clarifies this if it isn't included in the transcript. Have you heard of this before ?

when applying via uni assist for winter programs with the deadline being june 15 does it still make sense to apply do they give refunds ?

I'm not sure of that, but I think the person who issues your academic transcript will be the one who will issue that as well.
