For your information the Israelites are used to the system where a prophet will come and start making noise in their neighbourhood in the name of God, but Jesus is planning a global campaign for God's Kingdom. There is no human society that will forbid people from visiting their neighbours, that's why Jesus taught his followers to go and pay visits (uninvited) to their neighbours at homes.
