@Pranil, as I said its not d switch, I use multimeter. And d switch is makin and breakin wen pressed also I av removed d switch leg from d mainboaard and stil refuse to go off. As for d breaker I install btw it and bat3, I kkno it wil damaged quick but wot I'm sayin is effect on d inverter bcuz of dis sound u get. Wenever d iinverter sees d battery.

@ all, got home 2day to b told dat my 1.4kva sukam inverter power switch nt functioning for past 2 weeks, tot it was d switch, but after removin d switch cable on d board stil refuse to power off. Every other tin on d inverter is workin well except not powering off. My family managed to power it off and on wit d breaker btw d inverter and bat3. 30A cc using 960W panels on a 24V system?
Looks like u are overloading ur CC.
Your CC cannot handle an array greater than 720W (30A x 24V)
Hooking up a 960W array can drive the current up to 40A, but ur CC will limit it at 30A.
If ur peak current was 24A, I can safely deduce that ur 960W array has never produced peak power up to 600W.

Check ur installation... ur panels are directly on the roof. excess heat?

U ar very correct on d CC limitin my amps but I also kno dat i cant get d whole 960w due to losses. Av achieved 766w on peak power. I wil plan to increase d CC to like 45 or 60amps. Also I wil get mountin rails to lift d panels up a bit from d roof.

A waste ? but I get my battery charged for d nite and drain it to 25v by mornin, remember my cc is rated max 30amps, I know there is room for improvement, and presently plannin to get mounting rails from Richmon74 to at least give like 50mm gap to d roof. Since my installatin in june, av do away wit my gen. Any suggestion for more harvest is welcom.

D installation was done like 5months ago wit 1.4kva sukam, just for chargin in d afternoon and for all my electronics bulbs at nitte, I added d 3.5kva recently for my fridge and to pump water in d afternoon, I was able to ard 3.1kw on a bright day, wit max of 24amps

3.5 KVA 24v mercury and 1.4KVA Sukam wit 4 batteries of 160Aah each

But d modernized/new model mecury has just 25a charging current ...
