Well depending on your goal and time available to you. Growing muscles requires rest for muscle repair. If you ain’t doing nothing all day then yes you can train in the morning, rest and go back in the evening. |

if you are lean and want to grow bigger you would need to eat in a calorie surplus, also eat nutrient dense food such as protein, carbs and fat. Protein is the building block of muscles so you will need to get enough of that. Remember to apply the principle of progressive overload when training to optimize your gains. Good luck |

There is scientific evidence whatsoever that supports that weight lifting reduces your height, however weight lifting will strengthen your muscles, inprove your bone density that is make them stronger and as well improve your body metabolism, you will get bigger if you combine with eating above what your body needs. |
