Ensure constant generation of useful management data and advise the business adequately as they affect stocks and distribution management. Link demand, production, stocks and distribution together in an operational network that will guarantee customer satisfaction and help in achieving divisional targets. Plan and draw daily/weekly/monthly list of material requirements and raise requisition stating approved specifications. Follow up to ensure purchase right and on time deliveries are made Drawing and operating weekly/monthly schedule for all deliveries to ensure stock availability while maintaining an effective stock inventory. 3. To plan for short and long term raw/materials requirements of the Division, based on agreed Divisional plan and demand sales estimate. 4. Constantly compared actual usage rate with demand sales estimate and make the data generated available for management use 5. Liaise with Commercial department in monitoring usage variances of stock items in the factories and analyze the effect on stocks ordered. 6.
