Factory reset can be done
But if you're willing to bring it down to the office we'll fix it

Factory reset can't be done on y1s

Due to the inherent design of FBE Encryption Technology, the device cannot obtain data before it is unlocked. Therefore, vivo phones using FBE Encryption Technology do not have the “Forgot password for the lock screen password” feature. It is recommended that you try to remember your lock screen password.

However, The wifi seems not to connect with bolts (a genz faster than the normal wifi) but other phone with similar spec do connect with bolt like smart 5(4g).
