yes there are slots here and there ..and yes I've applied for FRSC, FFS, NCS and I didn't make the final list in any of them...but I can tell you one person from all these recruitments who got without having slot or knowing any godfather....
all i would opine is that...pray and give it your best when ur shortlisted...what is meant to be yours won't elude you

They mails is probably the scam version which I also received from those scammers... Customs official email is different from what I received.. It was like an application form which I believe we have filled in our details during online registration.. So I believe someone has hacked NCS site and got some emails.. Moreover instead of seeing sent to me I saw something like bcc.. Just trade with caution

Nobody hacked NCS site....the person must have gotten it here or other public forums where people easily drop their mails or numbers
