No. She went to school. She's looking for job actually but we need little time more. My last born is just a year old and she doesn't like creche. She prefers to handle her children till they are 3yrs. She will hit the street for better job. But I want to get her engaged locally before then. You never can tell

I recently read an article that advocates, that men should invest in their woman so that they can support themselves, their own parents/siblings and the entire family. I saw with shock during the Lockdown in my neighborhood when women with shops and businesses were helping their husband's carry the family who could probably not fend for the family anymore.

Well, to cut short the long story, I entered a contribution and I was given N100,000 yesterday. I want to invest it on my wife to start a business here in Kubwa across(Guida), Abuja.

She's a private school teacher and she hasn't earned a dime since February, 2020 till this time due to the Pandemic.

I'm shuffling between two small jobs myself but I own a taxi that pays all my home bills. The Lockdown really hit us hardly but we survived.

I'm calling for help because we have both ran out of ideas.

NB: We are both graduates from reputable school from the SouthWest and we are blessed with two kids. More so, I managed to pull up a small structure where we lived in this Guida, Kubwa, Abuja during Jonathan. But lost my good paying job two year after Buhari came aboard.
Thank you

thanks for sharing this, do you have an idea how myiasis can be treated? myiasis is an infestation of worms on the skin. the worms bore holes in the skin and pop there heads out for oxygen, it looks like a scene from an horror movie, but it's real. Any idea for treatment?

According to what I read sometimes ago, it's flea that deposit their egg or larvae on the skin of the dog.

I dealt with mine easily.

Scan the skin with your finger and press (squeeze) out anyone you see to pop out the worm inside(The worm looks like maggots). Pick dem and drop dem inside petrol or kerosene or open fire so that they don't re-infect other pets around.

Bath your dog and use Adi religiously on the skin of the dog. You should practically pour this oil on those spots(hole the worms bore on the skin). Adi is palm kernel oil. Not red palm oil oooo. Adí is a black viscous oil gotten from palm kernel itself. Try to get the original. N200 should serve you if you are in Abuja. N200 portion = N30 in yoruba land. Just look for a good yoruba woman, she will tell you where to get this oil.

Give some of the oil to your pet to lick. It's good and highly medicinal. I'll write on this someday.

Lastly and most importantly, use Mectizan as recommended above.

Thank me later.

owning a dog n being broke can be very frustrating, as u can't watch ur dog starve or look unkempt...

I will share certain cost cut I av done in a bid to keep my female mix cauc n her puppies healthy n robust... n I also encourage u to share any safe cost cut u knw...

1. Lice n tick control: I av seen thread where pple advertise products dat sound like sumtin dat will break a bank vault to buy, pls for lice control I advice u shud use d "Rambo insect powder" it sells for 150 naira here in Warri, all u need do is rub it all over ur dog n in its ear n voila, b4 u finish reading dis post, all d ticks n lice must av fallen off, also sprinkle some of it around ur environment, don't forget to bath ur dog after about 1hour.

2. Soap for bathing ur dog: I remember I use to buy my dogs bar soap n shampoo for abt 3,500 naira, but to raise 3500 naira for dog soap now, I may need to blow whistle first... anyways I started using original "morning fresh", yes u heard dat right, morning fresh, n I can tell u my dog love it so much, its fur looks sparkling clean n it doesn't irritate her like wen I used d dog bar soap...

3. feeding: I was feeding my dog wit about 15k per month,1 cartoon of can food, rice, egg, biscuit etc... my pple afta d fall of d economy, only me lay hand for my head advice myself... currently I spend only about 7k per month on my dogs feeding n here is d break down: 500 naira for bones from the slaughter weekly, 1k for naija stone rice weekly, n 800 naira for 1 crate of egg monthly... i made acquaintance wit d women who sell fish at d market n de sumtyms drop head of fish for me for free... I store excess in d freezer n I change between cow bones n fish head wen my dog gets bored wit any if them...

4. vitamins: I give paw paw n vegetables to balance sum of d vitamin needs, my dog can bite u if u ate paw paw in her presence n didn't give her to eat, Infact u av turned ursef to her enemy if she see u eat pawpaw n didn't give her some.. since I started giving pawpaw, which of course grow at my back yard, she has neva fall sick...

5. the puppies: I saw a thread where one lady was feeding her puppies wit complan milk, na so I smart go price d milk, na quarrel I take leave d super market wen dem de sell d milk... my puppies are just 1month old, n d weaning process av begun, I started out by smearing egg yolk n giving dem to lick it off my hand, I tried d feeding bottle way but e no work. soon I started mixing d boiled egg wit pap, I watched how de went ballistic on it, I introduced rice, pap, smashed boiled egg, grinded egg shell n meat stock (d one I get from boiling d bones or fish for d mother) all mixed togeda, des little tins are eating it like craze n de are adding up, looking robust n poop colour is impressive, I sumtyms shred sum of d meat/ fish into d puddling

anyways des are my cost cutting measures, I am a bit skeptical abt administering drugs, hence I fall back to my vet who is always ready to rip off my recession gotten cash or I go to d govt vet but very far...

pls pet lovers contribute so we can continue to love n care for our pets even in @ des economic tyms...

For ticks and flea. You can purchase Over the Counter medicine from your regular pharmacy shops. Buy Mectizan. Use 2dose for adult dogs (1yr plus). If you are dealing with puppies, break one drug into three and use for one dog. Just grind and mix with small portion of food that they like. Ensure you chain the dog to something or have them locked up in their cage or move them to somewhere they can't bite people as this drugs makes some dogs go violent for like 2hrs. You will naturally see this bloodsuckers falling off.

Disinfect their cage and their area of play. Enjoy your dog for next six month to 1yr thick free.

Avoid allowing them play on bare sand. Bath them once a week. Use Rambo powder on their skin an our before bath.

Mectizan is N30 per tablet as at 26th June, 2020. Your vet guys won't tell you about this and you won't find it anywhere on the Internet.

If you live in Abuja, we can share experiences and even crossbreed our our dog. I've a German Shepard mixed with Caucasian and a bullmastiff

On BETFAIR, u control your game, u choose ur odd and manage ur winning or losses. You hav no reason to pray 2 God to influence ur game lyk we do on naija bookies. So go for bet365 or betfair.

I don't know what d rabaraba is about with this group thing. Their re more than a thousand followers on this thread. WHATSAPP cannot accommodate all same time. I guess the maximum is 100persons or so. More, I'm also aware of the indiscretion employed by the admin of the said group to filter people. I have never and I can never give my number out to any human, just to be added to any group even if money is been share there.

However, for those who are hell bent on joining a group, we can have another group. I have created one right now. Feel free to join.

All you need to do is to save my number on your phone(Bola Mike), then send me a message and I will add u to the group.

Just one rule: no pampas, braziers, Tissue paper adverts. You can advertise genuine jobs.

Have a blessed week.

Coveat: I'll not come here and pick numbers even if you can employ 1000people to your school from the group.

Thanks boss! Right from my days of student unionism in OAU, I've learnt that reputation is what precedes every human (whether political, social, or otherwise). And so, I've meticulously built my reputation over time.

Issues like this would have ordinarily being nipped into the bud by silence, but for posterity sake, I just have to clear the air.

As for that my fellow alumni, no mind her o. She's only defending me because she is sure I can't assume such a stooping posture. Had it been I was accused of something else, she would have sniffed life out of me. Lolz!

**FEEDBACK**
I went for the third and final stage of an interview today. We were a 100+ in number that started the race together on the first day, but just 14 made it to dis last stage. Of the remaining 14, i and one other guy were shortlisted for the Mathematics position. D guy went in for the oral interview before me. When it got to my turn, d woman said she was impressed with my write-up and that am trainable. The panel now asked to meet me. Everything was going quite well till i was asked if am a christian. I told them am a Jehovah's Witness and most of them readjusted themselves. After I came out, they asked the other guy that applied for Mathematics position to go back home and get his original document(they checked mine while the interview was goin on). Do you guyz think that it was because of my religion they reconsidered the other guy?(the school is a christian school). Though they said anybody that gets a call from them should resume on Monday. The school is an A-Level School.
Sorry for the long epistle

As far as am concerned, you failed the question. Its a simple polar question that requires a 'yes' or 'no' answer from you. Why the so many words?

Goodmorning roomiez, So I followed the advice frm ds room and submitted my CV to schools in my area. I gt a positive response from one of the top schools in my area. They asked me to come back first week of resumption and teach a class (they said they will give me a topic and a day to prepare), which I think it's a fair deal considering my lack of secondary school teaching experience (my experience ends in lecture theatrez where i used to take tutorials for freshers back in uni). Any advice on how to handle ds without messing up a good opportunity? Positive feedbacks will be duly appreciated. Also, what salary range will be fair for a school in a lower middle class area and over a 1k students. Thank you

Most case,I advice a small introduction with the students that would consume 15minute of your time. Give them your real name, an educative nickname with a short story behind the nickname. Then, give general overview of all the topics you will be taking for the term or semester. This would make the student fall in love with you. forget who is there to supervise. Such person would also fall in love. Stick to macJC rules. Be real, firm(not soft and not hard), take control and try to memorize the leading students name and attitude. You can also ask questions that would gear up their previous knowledge.

goodluck

I ran away from NAIRABET 2years ago for being to selfish. No any form of incentives. I graduated to www.1960bet.com and www.9japredict.com I was okay with this two until 1960bet had issues with paypout. I think they have bounced back now anyway. My biggest surprise is that of www.9japredict.com They are the biggest scam in the world of football betting. Am writing as an aggrieved customer whom they dupe.

1. Bonus on deposit is absolutely fake.
2. Payout sometimes take 2month, if the cash is huge,
they close your account.
3. Win a free bet, you won't be credited until forever
4. I paid into Olumide Are's Access Bank(One of their
Bank Agents) since 1st April, 2015. They refuse to credit
me till date. The money is right there in his account as
have been allowed to check his bank statements after
putting so much trouble with the bank.
5. All numbers on their contact pages are fake!
(Start by proving me wrong with point no 5).

Am a living witness mate!!! Withdraw your money from www.9japredict.com They are scammers. look for another bookie. www.bet9ja.com seems cool and safe. They offer all market type for any game plus I know some of their managers(My security) personally especially for Osogbo branch. The problem here is that they don't have any incentives too. But my capital is always safe.
