....Thats what must people think. Dissolution of marriage is not a rocket science. It's very easy since she doesn't want the marriage anymore and the husband has concured with the decision. All she will do is to draft a good excuse and file in the court.Since both has agreed,all the man has to do in court on that first hearing is just to acknowledge that yes they both agreed on the dissolution. He will only make 1 or 2 prayers to the court in respect of their kids and the judge will give a determinant judgement dissolving it . Simple. The problems we have is that lawyers won't tell you this.

For this case, the husband is still pushing for the marriage to continue but the lady has given up.

Hello every Nairalander, i need you take and opinion on this.

So i have an ex who want us to come together, she is not asking me to marry her but just to service her (sex) as we use to do in those days. She is presently a mother. The problem is she is married, hmmm kind of, really this is where am confused. I do not really know how to classify this.

Okay, she use to or still married to a man, but they are not living together anymore for more than two years now and when they were still staying physically together there was no more sex inolve in the relationship for a long time (about two or more years) before moving out. Technically divorce but have not gone through the court divorce process due to the regorosity involved. The man still want her back but her mind is mind up. She is presently living alone with her child in Abuja in her rented apartment.

Her separation from him has noting to do with me just their irreconcilable differences. She is very choosy person, so am not surprise i was her first call, as been a familiar face. I don't really see them coming together ever, i may be wrong sha, she is also trying to initiate the divorce process.

Am not going to narrate the reason for their separation but chai, the hubby really really messed up. I must commend her, lots of women will endure some nonsense all in the name of marriage.

So guys what do you think, She is married but technically divorce, do you think i can help her out as in sex of a thing. I know she can surely get what she demandded from someone else but am also kind of interested but for a married woman, hell no. But is she still married?

Thanks, I wanted to start with the solenoid, still trying to understand the location of the solenoid and how many solenoid valve are there on the transmission.

The oil is still pretty clean and no sign of burnt oil smell on the ATF

What exactly is wrong with the transmission? What type of transmission fluid did you use? Was your transmission serviced which involves cleaning valve body and filter? Those are things you need to start with then finally checking the solenoids and its harness. After you do all this and you still have issues with the transmission you can go ahead to change it. Although I don't jave an idea of how much the complete transmission cost

I used Honda ATF DW-1, bought the car last year from USA, change the ATF amount after, never worked on the valve body. As far as I know Mdx 05 transmission filter is not accessible or is it?

Do anybody know the cost of 05 MDX transmission package, the vehicle is throwing P0741 Torque converter clutch hydraulic circuit stuck off. Though still doing my research on it but from all indication, seems I will be getting another transmission. Am not based in Lagos, I will like to have an idea of the price.
