MaziOmenuko:

Yes sir! What else should I do for you? Call them and place an order on your behalf? Are you seriously looking for job or you want a job to find you? I notified you of this, you stay in Lagos and you can't take a bus to Ikeja from ketu to seek things out?
If you don't have a job, your job is to look for a job! Many peeps are hitting the streets, submitting application even in places an advert wasn't placed!!!

Don't know why I'm even bordering myself. Just forget I ever visited your thread!
guy haba na fight, i just requested for a small tin na. Alright sir thank you very much sir

busuyem: Pls, help me with the solution of this question with its explanation:

The difference between the digits of a two-digit number is 1. The number itself is 1 more than 5 times the sum of its digits. If the units digit is greater than the tens digit, find the number.

The two digit no, one will be the unit digit and the other will be the tens digit, according to d question unit digit > tens digit.
Let a = unit digit b = tens digit
.'. a > b
The difference btw d digit of the two digit number is 1 (from the questn)
a-b = 1 (because a is greater that b)......(i)
The number itself is 1 more than 5 times the sum of it digits (from the questn)
b(10)+ a - 1 =5(a + b) ..................(ii)
That ten in bracket is b'cos 'b' is in tens
a= 1 + b .............(iii)
insert the values of 'a' in eqtn ii
10b + (1 + b) - 1 = 5(1 + b + b)
10b + 1 + b - 1 = 5 + 5b + 5b
11b - 10b = 5
b = 5
From eqtn 3
a = b +1
a = 6
So the number is 56.

questions 1&2 are straight forward, for question 3, set x=y-7/2, generally, always take d mean of d first two brackets, equate to zero, then u solve 2 get d constant 2 b added 2 d new variable y.
hmmmm, No 1 question is from further maths project 1, i asked my teacher that can a question combine both A.P and G.P together and he said yes, unfortunately 4 he gave it to me alone as an assignment, if i could still remember my ans was 1024, can't recall sha

Richiez:
I can't quite get the question. Do you mean
2/√3(2/√3 - √12/6)
@odehfamily if this is the questn,
Let ¥ represent square root
You ought to deal with wat is in the bracket first
2/¥3(2/¥3 - ¥12/6)
2/¥3(2/¥3 - ¥4*¥3/6)
2/¥3(2/¥3 - 2¥3/6)
lcm of the denominators in the bracket is 6¥3
2/¥3(6*2-¥3*2¥3/6¥3)
2/¥3(12-6/6¥3)
2/¥3*6/6¥3
= 12/6*3 = 12/18 = 2/3
