He will Take some of the Cows to Aso Rock, when he wants to eat Nama meat, they'll just kill one for him and his family, and then he wouldn't bother to Increase The national Yearly Kitchen Budget. Thereby making us Save more Money, Unlike the Clueless One, who was eating Imported Fish and Crayfish.

One thing is certain, when it comes to politics, That is, There are no permanent Friends or Enemies In politics. And Change is The constant in politics, and The Nigerian Political scenery is not left out of this concept, The Nigerian Grass roots people, i.e The Low level working class people of Nigeria, got fed up with the Elite, imagine, at the height of the recent outgone government, People started buying Jets, Private planes, it got to a state, where even clergy men started buying their own planes, some had 2, others 4, some 1, and if you had 1 Jet, as a Clergy man, then, you were not really, a world class Clergy man. you had to have at least 2 Private Jets, before you could even be welcomed into the Nigerian Political Elite class, and later when things started falling apart, we started discovering that these Pastors and Politicians, were using their planes for Money, Laundering, Gun Running, Drug Running, Etc, But were these people prosecuted or were we as Nigerians Given Credible reasons, for the exploits of these planes? No. Everything was swept under the Rug, to the detriment of millions of Nigerians, But alas, Change has finally come, and the Tide has turned, The Nigerian Elite have become scared, why are the Nigerian Elite scared? Because they are the Most corrupt in the society, they have become like The Western Capitalists, and if the fight against corruption shoud commence, it would start from them, and Heads will roll, so right now many of them have devised means to stay out of reach of the Penal system. But The Prison surely awaits many of Nigeria's Elites, some are saying they have Cancer, Breast Cancer this, Vagina Cancer that, it doesn't really mater, we now have a God fearing president, His Religion is not the question, he could even Be an Ogboni member for all we care, But as long as he Executes his duties well, we are happy and also what we as Grass roots Nigerians want in our hearts of hearts, is Justice, Justice for all the Injustices that previous Governments of this country has put us through, for the past 16 years, president Buhari should allow the law to take it's full course, whether they have Cancer or syphilis,it is not our concern, what concerns us is our National Wealth, they should remit all the tens of Billions of Naira they have stolen all through the years. After which they should atone for their sins in Prison, at the least, they have enjoyed flying planes for some time, they should take a rest in some of the Nigerian Penitentiary. I believe in Buhari because I think he will fight corruption, and I know that if we as a Nation can kill corruption, boko haram will not exist, Corruption is our root problem. And if corruption dies, all our problems will die with it. God Bless Buhari, God Bless Nigeria.

So the Presidential Amnesty program is now for igbos in the south East abi,Tell me how Nnamdi Kanu will get the money to arm 2million igbo youths? Please stop spreading false info angry
My good sire, I honestly wish that what I am saying is false, but unfortunately, what I'm telling you is the truth, and the sooner we start talking about peace and how best to address our various grievances, Our incoming challenges would be enormous, and try to read up on The Nnamdi Kanu guy, his statements are very inciteful, and I find it strange that the Nigerian Government has failed to address his inciting statements, we should all look beyond Ethnic Bigotry if we are to move forward as a Nation, I would advise most People screaming about the Biafra Secession, to read The book by the Late Ikemba of Nnewi, Dim Odumegwu Emeka Ojukwu, Titled "Because I Am Involved" if they read this book they would know that The Late Emeka Ojukwu, believed in Nigeria before his death, he believed in keeping Nigeria One, hence is creation of a Political Party which is the APGA, so I believe that If he were alive today, he would not support the call to arms, by Nnamdi Kanu.
PoliticsRe: We Need An Army Of 500,000 Men, Minimum. by bolaino(m): 9:58am On Jun 05, 2015
ROSSIKE:
The most realistic way to fight BH is to make the Nigerian army by far the biggest army in Africa, with at least 500,000 men. Our army strength at present is about 60,000. Defending a country of 170 million? It's ludicrous. The country is too big for such a small-sized army. They will be spread too thin in any attempts to contain BH, who are able to strike at will, taking advantage of the vast size of the country, and its multitude of population centres. Right now they're spoilt for choice on where to send their suicide bombers.

To effectively monitor and patrol all population centres and checkmate BH, we need a HUGE army. We must find resources from wherever to maintain that force. In WW2, 15 million soldiers served in the German army. In Russia, the Red Army comprised 34 million soldiers. For a routine expedition, they would deploy like 4 million soldiers!

What are we doing parading 60,000 men and calling it an army? We have no army.

As a country, without security you can't do anything. You cannot grow economically. You cannot manufacture. You cannot expand education and industry. You can't develop tourism. You are at a standstill.

Buhari, give us a PROPER ARMY. 500,000 minimum, with modern equipment, and good pay - and BH will be history.
are you sure? I believe The Nigerian Army should have in excess of 2 million armed men, at the least. Haba, 60, 000 is small na, we many pass so.
PoliticsRe: The Jihadists And Crusaders!!! by bolaino(op): 9:54am On Jun 05, 2015
Nigerians Do not like facing hard truths, and that was what happened in The North East, When suicide bombings started, people were like " Abegi, e no concern us, na hausa people dey kill demself" but Today the threat of Boko haram, is gradually increasing, and we hope that The New President does all he can to stop the spread of fundamentalist and Radical Islamic Clerics from spreading and preaching the message of Jihad, Like wise, people Like Nnamdi Kalu, the Director of Radio Biafra should be Arrested, With Immediate effect.

The, South East is about to get tensed up, Because of plans of The Federal Government to stop the Presidential Amnesty program, and also, because of people like Nnamdi Kanu, the director of Radio Biafra, who is Offering to give 2 million Nigerian Youths of Igbo Extraction, Rifles, to End Nigeria "He Refers to Nigeria as a Zoo" meaning all Nigerians are Animals.

Read below the executive summary of the report: Some of us have voiced our concerns from insider information of the military leadership here on Nairaland, and some of you called me tribalistic and "hating" XPGEJ. Well this is not CramJones' report it is Amnesty International. For those that are not lazy to read I will recommend you to read the full report. I don't see any credible defense those indicted can present, especially when AI has overwhelming evidence including having some of the best lawyers in the world.

From the full report here is the list of named officials that the AI has dragged to the International Criminal Court with "substantial" evidence:

Lt. General Azubuike Ihejirika. He was Chief of Army Staff from September 2010
until he retired in January 2014.

Admiral Ola Sa'ad Ibrahim. He was Chief of Defence Staff from 4 October 2012 until
16 January 2014.

Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh. He was Chief of Defence Staff from 16 January 2014
to the time of writing.

Lt. General Ken Minimah. He was Chief of Army Staff from 16 January 2014 to the
time of writing.

Executive Summary

In the course of security operations against Boko Haram in north-east Nigeria, Nigerian
military forces have extrajudicially executed more than 1,200 people; they have arbitrarily
arrested at least 20,0001 people, mostly young men and boys; and have committed countless
acts of torture. Hundreds, if not thousands, of Nigerians have become victims of enforced
disappearance; and at least 7,000 people have died in military detention as a result of
starvation, extreme overcrowding and denial of medical assistance.

Amnesty International has concluded that these acts, committed in the context of a noninternational
armed conflict, constitute war crimes for which military commanders bear both
individual and command responsibility, and may amount to crimes against humanity.
Specifically, Amnesty International names five high-ranking military officials who were in
charge of operations in north-east Nigeria from 2012 to date, as well as two Chiefs of Army
Staff and two Chiefs of Defence Staff, who should be investigated for potential individual and
command responsibility for these crimes. Amnesty International has handed over the names
of these officers, as well as other officers not named in this report, and related evidence to
the International Criminal Court.

This report is based on more than 412 interviews with victims, their relatives, eyewitnesses,
human rights activists, doctors, journalists, lawyers and military sources. Amnesty
International also analysed more than 90 videos and numerous photographs showing
members of the security forces and their allied militia, the Civilian Joint Task Force,
committing violations.

Amnesty International independently interviewed eight military sources, and examined more
than 800 official documents, including military reports and other correspondence between
military units based in the north-east and Defence Headquarters.
Amnesty International shared its findings with the Nigerian authorities during dozens of
meeting as well as 55 written submissions, requesting information and specific action to
address the violations. Government responses are reflected in relevant sections of this report.

whatever incentive that brings people into cults in the first place, is what should be looked at to begin with.

besides, cult renunciation should be a personal thing imo, doing it theatrically seems somehow but I cant say for sure though.

for example, has cultism really been eradicated on campuses and is it even possible to eradicate cults from campuses? huh
Hmmm, well let's just keep this Thread open, maybe we could talk more about this as Time progresses, drop ideas we have on this issue, Thanks for participating in this discussion.
