I really thank Jesus for this.

I contemplated going to church today because it seemed like my second ear was being affected.

All the same, I went and during Sunday school I had a stretch while sitting and it just popped! It felt like magic because I never expected it. My hearing then sounded so stranger and clear and loud.

And I thank Jesus for answering my prayers. I asked God to make it happen before Thursday. I didn't want to go see the doctor. A subtle pain was coming along with the impairment.

I had the same issue when I could not sleep for one week. I search for solution on goggle, so I watch a video of guy filled a bottle with warm water and with a tube like mouth(used the mouth of a pen)then pass the water into his ears little by little till his ears popped open. I was desperate so I tried it too, it actually worked for me, then I started sleeping little by little. They use the same method in some hospital.

I dont think so, I did not use any drug at that time, when I went to the doctor he said I was thinking, but I was not, so I started researching on natural food that help in making people sleep, that's where I came across moringa honey milk banana, but I notice when I take Moringa and Honey, my body became relaxed.

boiled moringa leaves, extract the water and add honey to it . take before you sleep, that's what helped me when I could not sleep for more than a week even when sleeping tablet was not even working
