Ok here, my tooth ache journey started some five years ago.
During this time,i had read several articles and opinions on managing cavity and toothache.The obvious and lasting solution seems to be tooth extraction which i dread because of testimonies i have heard about it.

Fast forward,last week the ache got to its prime and i had arranged with a dentist for extraction already because all the salt
