For those who my be interested. All Engineering disciplines are considered.

RapportNaija:Heard this too last month from a friend, that a 1st class candidate of engineering was notified of success. This was just few days b4 the MD said the recruitment will soon be concluded. I too was doubtful of the info, that's why I didn't ask/say anything here. Seeing similar info from someone else seems to attest to the credibility of the information. It's like Nairalanders are still in the dark. And those who know about this are deliberately keeping silent and laughing at the confusion. It is good if a local man is giving APL, but one should be ready to make peace with himself/herself if the opposite is the case. |
Yusol:Yusol, the confidence which you used to state that September 25th is like the confidence of a man who just finished eating an elephant. I like to think that you're a Person of Integrity so I won't bother asking you for your sauce. We've been heart broken one too many times on this thread concerning APL/notification date. Our despairing hearts need balms not extra wounds. Can you guarantee the certitude of this your claim.....??..?? So we can brace ourselves for impact.... |
AdekunleAkofe: This your implicit theory eh, It just might be true ooooo ... I never really thought about it until I checked it. ![]() Not being able to login to your portal just might be the end of the road oooo. For those who are still able to login, I say CONGRATULATIONS...........!!!!!!! SEE YOU GUYS AT THE TOWER..... ![]() We can add this theory to the pile.......... ![]() |
It pricks my heart and sickens me to the bone when i see bright young Nigerians loose confidence in the fate of our country. Corruption seems to be a way of life to the average public servant. Integrity and sincerity is mocked. Forbearance is called Cowardice. Devotion to duty without bias, sentiment or undue reward is rare. A man sees another's lose as his gain. They are ready to tear anything to pieces that threatens their greed with the fierce rage of beasts. When I was in the university, I saw corruption in the system. When I was serving, I likewise saw corruption explicitly celebrated by some officials. Then I asked myself, if these institutions that have direct impact and influence on young Nigerian minds are in themselves rotten, what does the future hold for the country...?? Right minded men/women seeing the rottenness of society decide to flee the country. This makes me want to wonder, if 60 - 80% of these right minded men/women successfully leave, what will Nigeria be reduced to......?? |
Much obliged to Sempumping, Poeticjustice, klassd and especially GospelEAPiano (for the Criterion/Criteria correction ) for the swift response/reply to the query.I asked because I heard somewhere that HIV, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis and the likes could raise red flags. I asked also because I noticed most here are bothered more about not receiving APL and not really concerned about the medical huddle they must cross after the orientation. This got me wondering, and so I decided to ask. |
Please, I have a question. This question might have been addressed here b4. So, pardon me if i ask again. If someone successfully makes it to final list and is handed the APL, but tests positive for say HIV which he/she is already aware of and is managing. Is such a person disqualified and his/her APL nullified..... ![]() Said another way..... Does acquiring the APL guarantee the resumption into office of the candidate..... ![]() If No, then what other particular criteria(s) can render his/her APL void.... ![]() |
