Baba,
You knew you were going to lose and be disgraced out of office,
Even those you pitched your tents with could not save you,
An umpire that was taking sides.

Na today?
GEJ defeated Muhammadu Buhari in almost all the online polls including Nairaland,
Even Hillary Clinton was a clear favourite of the online voters until the realities dawned on them.
Most of the online voters (including here on Nairaland) have no PVCs and even if they have, will not vote.
The real voters are the aged and the rural dwellers.
Please get that. |

By the way, if northern girls no sabi book, how did Amina Mohammed become a second-in-command in the UN? |

This woman is an attestation to the fact that the future is bright for northern Nigeria if girls' education can be seriously encouraged.
Madam Amina has created an identity for herself and she is representing Nigeria well. |

2n2k: “The conversation has been largely misunderstood to border on fraud. It was not on fraud, but on governance and suggested ways to go about it. I think a lot of people got it wrong.
“People dwell much on issues of sensationalism and leave the main substance. I think I and the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Maikanti Baru are working together as Mr. President has directed that we move forward,” he said. cc: IPOB Ps & Is, PDP e-warriors and other well meaning Nigerians.
On the other hand, the President really needs to do something about the corruption cases hovering on people surrounding him. Failure to do so is still coming to haunt him in no distant future.
The President needs to do something about Babachir Lawal and Ayo Oke's cases, Aso Rock Clinic Fraud as well as this NNPC saga. |

raker300: Propaganda
Where's are the supposed corpses? Did you read in the news where the army claimed it killed?
It clearly states that the terrorist were neutralized (which means to make harmless or ineffective) and NOT killed!
Next time, try to read, UNDERSTAND before you spew rubbish! Ok?
You can thank me later
stephenduru: The terrorists on sighting own troops withdrew in dissary as the troops overpowered them with a heavy fire. Troops neutralized 3 of the terrorists, rescued a child who is between 5 to 6 years of age and recovered two Dane Guns.
Similarly, troops of 151 Battalion, 21 Brigade on patrol encountered some Boko Haram terrorists along Bama-BOCOBS road. The troops engaged the terrorists in a heavy fire fight and neutralized quite a number of them, while some of the terrorists escaped with gunshot wounds |

veraponpo: This government, in all fairness, is trying vis a vis the available resources at its disposal.
When Oil was even $120/PB, we did not do what they are doing now. Baba tell them make them hear.
Even at 120 dollars per barrel, GEJ in connivance with Madam World Bank were borrowing to pay salaries. |

dealslip: but his freedom was at stake, even legal luminaries like some the judges accused of corruption admitted to crimes they claim they didnt commit because it was at gun point. The law recognises such scenarios like self defence and decisions made under duress. There is a place for such circumstances in law Oga, read to understand and not to replykirajustice: He told me that Adedoyin had admitted collecting N28million and was released; that being a senior officer, there was no way I wouldn’t not have benefitted by collecting up to N30million (sic). He said unless I stated that I benefitted N30million, he would dump me in the cell. I quickly told him I benefitted. He dictated to me that I should write it; I did.
I knelt before Rotimi and he said: ‘Baba get up; I’ll only advice you to cooperate with us. He said he would not want me to go through the stress of litigation. He asked if I had landed property and cars. He said I should write out the property worth N30million that I had. He said he would ensure that I was convicted and jailed at all cost if I didn’t cooperate." Mr Nwosu did not say he made the decision with gun at his head neither after being tortured. Shun unnecessary sentiments because Nwosu is Igbo. |

See how daft people could be, you were told to admit guilt to a crime you claimed you didn't commit and you did!
Who on earth does that? Even the guilty ones will not admit that they did wrong!
Baba, tell us another thing! No one put gun on your head to admit you took the money, you only wanted the shortest escape route and it boomeranged. |
