Learn to walk away from things like this, and start afresh. The lady he was fighting for will marry another man, while his life has been cut short. |
This is clout chasing. |
Who gave him the gun and what does he need it for? May the departed soul rest in peace. |
May we not die of hunger. |
Change my car Start a YouTube channel learning new skills both free and paid Draw more closer to God May try blogging (Though people are saying it is no longer profitable) Write and publish more books |
We always compare ourselves with the worst cases, never the opposite. |
Even at a time like this? |
It is a very welcome development as it will help alleviate the sufferings of the masses. |
These are two brothers fighting, they will still reconcile. |
This is not the best of times for Dangote. But then he has enjoyed Nigeria more than any other Nigerian business man or woman. |
Seriously, this picture of her with Chris brown is so inappropriate for a married woman. We are not Americans, we are Africans. |
Men love to chase, women enjoys the attention. Good luck to him. |
The way people bring everything online is amazing. Is it for clout or online engagement? May we not marry who will disgrace us in public |
In all honesty, you don't expect her to be released just like that, while about 35 kids were confirmed dead. She and the other organisers needs to answer some questions, and maybe the court might ask her to pay some compensation to the families of the deceased. |
With the severe hunger In the land, many people are trying to survive including denying their fathers and mothers just to get a crumbs of the bread. In a time like this, expect to see the worst, because people must find a way to survive. |
Have you noticed that even when you have not committed any crime, immediately you sight these Nigerian police men you become uncomfortable. Because they can frame you up or extort you for no reason. |
Some women doesn't want the man, but wants his properties. He's lucky he's not abroad,he would have lost everything. |
The biggest for me this year were health and safety. I was admitted twice this year in this hospital. At a point I started crying and wondering if I would make it, but Thank God for coming through for me. I am blessed with a good family who cares and loves me to that I am also grateful. |
Healing from anything takes time, how much more an emotional pain. You have got to give yourself time to heal. Also, see if you can have people around you to encourage you. Everyday, remind yourself of why you took this decision. Make it like an affirmation and repeat it to yourself everyday, over time it will sink into your subconscious mind. Journal your thoughts if you can,it aids healing. If you're finding it difficult doing any of this, look for somebody that you trust their judgement to talk to. Avoid listening to heartbreak songs or anything that will bring back her memories. Finally, pray for God to heal of this emotional pain. |
These generation of mothers tend to overdo things. The way they show love on their kids can be weird sometimes. But it is her money. It reminds me of a boy I know in my church that always comes with mountains of doughnut and a container of chin chin; I mean every Sunday. He's very fat,but the parents don't care. They will tell you that that is what he loves. |
OP, you're right. In fact part of my goal for the new year is to reduce excessive consumption of those things you listed. It may not be easy but it is possible. Guys , let's not eat ourselves to death. |
Yes, there are such women. Problem is that they may not come in a body type you like, and that's why some people may not give them the chance, instead they'll be chasing after people who wants transactional love. If you commit it to God and pray about it, he will direct you to the right person, but please don't hurt or maltreat them. The right person doesn't mean a perfect person, but the one who will give you peace and love you the way you're. Lastly, a woman looking for a man who can provide for her and her kids, does not mean she's a bad person. I mean how do you feel when you see a woman and her kids begging for food or money on the street. |
The Nigerian police is so corrupt, I remembered reporting a case to the police station, and after writing my statement. They asked me to pay 20,000naira for them to start working on my case. Even after paying that amount of money, they still did not do their job. Very corrupt set of people. I pray she would be found. Parents, be careful of people who are showing too much likening and care to your kids; some of them just want to win your trust and then they strike. |
One Yoruba man that's not blinded by tribalism. He married an Igbo woman and together they had an awesome marriage till his demise. What a wonderful way to commemorate him. |
I think it was the radio announcement that they made that brought in a lot of crowd that they could handle. Right now, the matter is in the court, let's see how it goes. It is a pity that a kind gesture end up in a stampede. |
Patriotic9ja:That's what baffles me the most. |
What's going in the SE? This is sad, the rate of killings are too much and nothing is being done about it. |
This so called mansion is so small in size. |
I think she is in it because of the money, that's why she's not worried that the guy has other girls. She's only confused that the guy has not formalized their relationship, perhaps by marrying her. The other guy on the other hand could just be catching fun and doesn't want commitment with her, after all their are other ladies in the picture. Like someone earlier asked, will she still be in love with him if the money is no more there. But let her not waste too much time waiting for a man that's not ready. |
Welcome to the tax regime. |
Old habits are hard to overcome. You might be surprised to know that your mum maybe away of your Dad's issues with women; typical of a Nigerian woman to stay in marriage because of her children. Instead of telling your mother about it,talk to your Dad. Let him know respectfully how disappointed you're, and that you would want him to change. Don't shout at him or insult him(African Father's have pride). Men, please let's do better. Those things you do in secret, one day your children may get to know about it, and just like the OP they won't feel happy about it. Be a good model to them. |
This is true, some ladies have bad taste when it comes to choosing a life partner. They use their early twenties to play around with jokers and wants to start being serious when they are now getting older. Unfortunately, not all of them are lucky to correct their mistakes on time, some regret it for the rest of their lives. |
