Did anyone received 60 days email letter with attachments letter this month of june

1. F11 is adult child(ren) of a US citizens

2. It’s not in any advantage, if your petitioner filed for you when he/she was a legal permanent resident, then it means you were in f2b. F2b current is faster than F1, as F2b is at sept 2015 and F1 is at dec 2014. Although you’re not current in either categories, but you have a better chance at F2b. If you’re already transferred to F1, write to nvc through this inquiry mail below and tell them to please change your category back to F2b. https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry

3. You can only be eligible to be scheduled for an interview when you become current in chart A of the vis bulletin. And right now, they’re at Sept 2015 for F2b, and dec 2014 for F1.

4. It’s affecting every category. Only that categories like F categories(F1-F4) are all affected way more than immediate relatives. But all are still affected by the backlog.

Yes you’re still F4. If the last police report you did isn’t upto 2years, then don’t bother doing it and go for only medicals which they require.

It's 14 years duration and it's going to 15 years now. I am Feb 2007. I received welcome letter in September 2019, yet to get IL. Trump and covid somehow added extra 2 years because the backlogs stood at 495k with average monthly treatment of 25k and if at full capacity it can't pass 50k monthly.

Is your priority date 2012 or 2013?. And for f3, they’re at November 2008 for those ready to be scheduled for an interview, and at August 2009 for those ready to start submitting documents. So you need to wait around 3-4years to start submitting documents and 5-6years to be eligible for an interview.

If ur case got approved 2012 ur priority date can not be 2013
If ur mum file for u it will take years before it can be approved and ur priority date will be exactly d day ,month,year USCIS received ur filling case.

I have a question. I have come across lots of people talking about receiving 60 days notice in their mails pending the time they receive their IL after being DQed. Some have received this 60 days notice couple of times. Is it normal if someone who has been DQ since over 6 months to not have received one single 60 day notice email?

Until your priority date become current u're not entitled to receive 60days letter

both of us are current we should be expecting IL same month i think we should be looking at the end of the year to received IL
cause in february they roll out QD for february 2020 except NVC speed f4 process

Base on your questions you wont get Interview letter until you become current on the final action date on visa bulletin. The police certificate is valid for two years from the day it was made and the moment, the Dq November 2019 are currently being sent Interview letter.

probably early next year because of the backlog visa bulletin did not move for 8 month in the year 2022 fiscal year nobody know when the movement will occur and the current priority date is 22 of march 2007

Priority date is when your petition was filled, right now people that are eligible to be interviewed after submission of documents are those whose petition were filled 2014, so meaning you have 5more years to wait to get to that stage. As for the stage of submission of documents, they’re at people that were filled for in 2016, so for this stage, you have 3more years to go. And that’s why you have those words in your ceac summary page telling you it not eligible for further processing.

When your brother fill for u and USCIS received your petition USCIS will allocate a a date for u and send a notification to your petitioner that they have received your petition that date is your priority date.
