Your role
The main role is to create engaging contents and grow our communities by driving followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into service providers, users, active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in content creation, social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Your main focus
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread the Goly brand, our content and links
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter and any other Nigerian social media channels where we have prospects
Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing users and leads from brand new audiences that don’t know us yet
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence to Goly users, both service provider and service seekers
Get involved in regular social promotions and campaigns
Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audiences
Explore new way to engage and new social networks to reach our target users
To fit this role, you :
have achieved results doing search, social and content marketing
are a master of PPC
are creative and analytic enough to create campaigns and track performance
are familiar with online collaborative tools such as Google Docs, Dropbox and so on
a team player but can execute independently
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or HND
At least 1 year experience in digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Acquire strategic/high profile Service Providers.
Onboard service providers and educate them on the use of the platform, tools and available services
Focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with these Service Providers.
Work with Team to cross/up-sell products to achieve business targets.
Work with team members to develop the business.
Assist the team to implement strategies and plans to achieve defined targets.
To analyze, identify, and recommend potential prospect with whom  to cultivate business relationship with.
Monitor Service Providers and develop retention strategies.
Verify all documentation received from Service Providers
Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new Service Providers.
