As of now, the most expensive house in Nigeria which is worth over $10,000,000 ($10M) is owned by an Igbo business man by the name Okwudili Umenyiora the CEO of Dilly motors (AKA Mr Dilly).

The house is located at Lekki phase one (Oniru new market), Lagos.

The house is just an amazing structure and stands out to be the finest and the costliest house in Nigeria at this time.

It was completed towards the ending of 2013 but since then, there is still no known house to challenge it in Nigeria.

Its interior and exterior design is just a show of great achitectural art work and idea.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II it is worth about ₦157m and currently has no spare part in Nigeria, not even the tire .

Aston Martin Vantage S just named after the producer. It is worth about ₦92m and has amazing features. It was spotted in a petrol station at Abujah as it stopped-by to have a refill.

In the image below, the man who was refilling his car before the Aston Martin Vantage S drove in almost forgot he came with a car while admiring the Aston car.

It was neatly parked alongside Benz SLR and Lexus LFA under a tree shade decorated just for that purpose.
