also, u could put a mailto link on the email address on the contact us page.

Kasshogy, you have not responded to the miniflat i spoke with you about.I guess you are not intrested in it.You hadly see landlord or agent that collect 1 yr rent from new incoming tenant. The one i got for you the opton is even good , that you pay 400k for one year ,the agency fee and the agreement fee will be 10 % of 350k for 2 years, which is 140k for both. What you are paying is 540k and if there is any service charge it will not be more than 20 to 30k.

where is the miniflat located

Programming / Choose Having A Life by boraddo(m): 3:06pm On May 04, 2007
Here's a very nice article i stumbles on
http://elver.cellosoft.com/2005/10/11/choose-life-choose-having-a-life/

here are some excerts

There are a few big companies that offer very boring jobs. The kind of jobs where you basically do what you’re told and what you’re told is very detailed. The management finds a client. The client has a problem. The analyst tells you exactly what the code should look like, sometimes down to the names of the variables. And then you code. There’s no creativity involved, no thinking, no choices to be made.

Software development should be fun. There are deadlines to meet and sometimes clients to please, but it should not be a full day job where you only sit and code whatever the analyst tells you to code. I do not want to take orders, I want to either take problems or find the problems myself, and then crank out solutions.

Career / Re: How Much Do MCSE Holders Earn In Nigeria? by boraddo(m): 9:35am On Apr 26, 2007
my2cents:

As with all things monetary, you can't just do a straight conversion of dollars to naira. For one, cost of living b/w the 2 countries is different. Moreover, $70K in New York is not the same as $70K in Atlanta. That money goes farther in Atlanta than in New York by the way (again, cost of living).

I say let the market determine how much you are worth. If you don't like it, don't take the job. This will push the salary even higher. However, as long as we have those willing to work for pittance pay, your salary will remain low.

I hope this helps.

my2cents ? how come you always have the right answer for every question?
Programming / 9 Ways Coldfusion Will Rule Web Development by boraddo(m): 10:23am On Apr 25, 2007
Adobe will be releasing the new version of coldfusion later this year, here are 9 interesting features,

Built in AJAX widgets.
Create AJAX windows, auto complete forms, calendar popups, grids, WYSIWYG editors, and much more. All using simple ColdFusion based tags and generating industry standard solutions such as Prototype and Yahoo User Interface Javascript.

Native JSON support.
ColdFusion components now know if they are called by a web browser and will return JSON formated data automatically. You can also create JSON packets directly or consume them and turn them into native ColdFusion objects.

.NET (and Java!) integration. Pull in .NET objects and use them like native ColdFusion objects. Combine .NET and Java on the same page if you like. Easily the best web based middleware solution.

Microsoft Exchange integration.
Love it or hate it, most organizations use Exchange religiously. Now you can read and update email, calendars, tasks and much more. No change to the Exchange server is required.

Flash based presentation builder.
Combine HTML, Audio, Flash Movies, Images, and CFCharts to create spiffy flash based presentations on the fly. Just wrap your existing pages in CFPRESENTATION and you are on your way.

Full PDF integration.
Create, combine, update, and interact with PDF files using CFPDF and CFPDFFORM tags.

Native image manipulation functions.
Blur, sharpen, draw, rotate, stream to browser, and much much more. This finally brings ColdFusion's image support in line with PHP and other frameworks while keeping it so simple that even I could use it.

Across the board enhancements.
Improvements in security, speed, Flash Forms, Report Builder, and more.

Administration API.
Now you can access, audit, and snapshot all the information the server knows about itself. No longer is ColdFusion a black box. Audit long running processes, most frequently run queries, and bottle necks. SnapShot the server before making your change or doing a reset so that you can analyze potential problems later.
