Thank you for showing me this. Although I have done a lot of research on it and have tried identifying the triggers but it's not easy since I don't have a particular diet I follow. I read that peppermint oil is the best treatment for IBS but don't know where to get it. This was helpful though. Thanks

Please house I need your help. I've been suffering IBS for the last 7 months. Read that it can't be cured because I've been to the hospital several times and the drugs they give to me is just to manage it which cost a lot of money and it doesn't last more than 5 days. I've lost weight as a result of this sickness and I'm pleading with anyone who has any idea how I can be healed of this.

If there's anyone who has suffered this before and became better, I'd like to know how. Your advice would be highly appreciated.

My advice to you is to say to yourself that having sex is better than masturbating. If you like pray and fast from now till tomorrow if you don't take a stand you'll continue falling back to it. It's all about your mindset. Why would some people be the ones having sex while you are the one masturbating? Ponder upon that and set yourself free. They make movies these days with sex scenes for your mind to process but you can tell yourself you want to be the one having the sex not the one receiving the images.
