V0lv0: Yes it makes it a lot easier to travel etc as a Ghanaian. Anyways why else will a person marry from a country they hate, unless they are mad off course,Yeah, you have a point there. However, 90% of Nigerians would reluctantly accept to take up citizenship in any African country. And you all need to erase the notion that Nigerians hate Ghanaians. If you judge by the e-fight between both countries, then it won't also be out of place to think that the Yorubas and the igbos hate each other. |
V0lv0: Nigerians are such a hateful nation. I have never met people like this before in my life. Petrodollar is right. The average Nigerian hates Ghanaians but pretend. At least Ghanaians know this. Have come to realise that Nigerians and Ghanaians are like oil and water. They can never mix well. However what is so ironic is these haters who hide behide having Ghanaian wifes, or girlfriends. Like they say shit about Ghana then say they do not hate Ghanaians cos they are dating a "wonderful" Ghanaian woman. How retarded is that. Who knows what motives they have for dating (perhaps citizenship) but its the stupid ladies I blame ![]() Ghana of all countries |
Emmysteve: A typical comment coming from a typical football fan. Why not wait for the outcome of the game instead of casting your judgement on the team. On paper, yes Uruguay may have an easy ride but duh this is football and anything can happen.Nah! Uruguay will Tahitilize Jordan. |

Gbenga Elegbeleye, Director General of the National Sports Commission, has described the NFF's inability to pay Stephen Keshi's wages as a 'national embarrassment' and queried the football house. On Wednesday, Keshi complained that he had not been paid since leading the Super Eagles to the Nations Cup title, sparking off outrage around the country, and the NSC has been left fuming "This is unacceptable," Elegbeleye told KickOffNigeria.com. "And we've queried them. I don’t know why they should owe the national coach. "As far as I am concerned, it is a national embarrassment." NFF officials have blamed a cash squeeze for their inability to meet the wage obligations of both secretariat and contract staff, especially with key sponsors failing to pitch up with their financial obligations. The cash crunch has led to a trim-down in national team backroom staff, as well as the widely-publicized slash in Super Eagles bonuses. But Elegbeleye said the NFF should have come to ask for help. "If they are having challenges with raising money, they should have come to us. But they have not complained to us that they cannot pay. "The coach is not like the secretariat staff, he is on a contract. Because their staff have not been paid does not mean the national coach should not be paid. "If he gets sacked today, there is no gratuity, so why should he suffer?" The NFF have 48 hours to respond to the query, but General Secretary Musa Amadu and Executive Committee member Chris Green paid a visit to the Minister on Wednesday to explain the situation.
