If you're asking for any money at all when you mean this to be a kind of help, it only signal one thing which is SCAM.
This business is now rampant and if truly you're helping anyone as you suggest, then you can give them months or weeks to pay you back since you can track there earning from the website.

They manage the account while you guys share the login but the emails are yours, doing that shows the level of genuinety and Real Help, anything short of that is liking to end up as scam either intentional or otherwise.

They are ways you can restrict the transcation to online base and get report of anything that happens online.

If you're enjoying hosting revenues ,there's no problem but the reality of giving them 50k worth of data and collecting 25k in all with other benefit is the prob.

What I did is to simply hire Developers for the work. I don't know how I may track their earnings as you said. That's why I mentioned progress report.

Not everyone would get 50k worth of data as you think. The budget is within the limit of what I would have used to organize a birthday party. Nothing more. The interviews would determine a lot of things.

I'm glad there are ways to restrict transactions as you opined. I'll make further findings about this.

I already stated that I'm doing this to give back to people, and I'll only help according to my capacity as reflected in my budget. I cannot help everyone.

Well, I've had suggestions from a friend to host all those sites on a reseller hosting site. Initially, I wasn't looking for benefits. That's my upbringing. We don't consider benefits before helping others.
