I helped a client of mine buy from Iguobazua village in Edo State. A keg was sold at N9700 and I was charged N300/keg to transport it to Lagos. The cost included the keg because if you have your own kegs, you will get it for N9200 or thereabout.
I will be there again on Saturday to make purchase.

acquiring land from communities and dividing it with access roads to self as estate land would be far better, Nigerians like to build their houses to their own taste not buy already built ones.
Ok sir noted. But from my research I have understood that there are so many young people who would like to own their property but don't have much time and resources to go through the building to taste. They rather buy affordable houses to start life and then build other houses as time goes on knowing fully well that they can always sell or rent out this first buy.

I believe so much in packaging which makes me have confidence in the kind of houses that will be erected for potential clients to buy.

I have been seriously thinking of Real Estate investment and the idea I have is to build really nice and affordable houses in form of mini estates in various parts of Nigeria.

These estates will be developed by me and then I will sell out to interested buyers as a means of giving average income earners an opportunity to own a home.

I have already met with a professional builder who will do the designs and also the building at a very very low cost and I have already mapped out strategic locations which are fast developing areas that this opportunity would be really wonderful enough to marvel any client.

My major challenge however is the financial implications of funding this project which is the reason I have come here to seek for your suggestions on how I can go about this project.

I am thinking of a situation where I can get a loan to kick off this project and I will put the land and the buildings to be erected on the land as a collateral for the loan. The investor or lender will hold these documents all through the entire process of the construction work and he gets the loan repayment including the agreed interest when the project is completed and the properties have been sold off in line with our agreement.

Please if you have any suggestions on how I can go about this I will be glad to hear from you.

TravelMauritius: A Country You Need To Visit. by BossMarvel(op): 1:02pm On Nov 02, 2016
Mauritius is located in the Indian Ocean, about 2,000 km away from the southeast coast of Africa. Due to the abundance of natural and manmade attractions, Mauritius is considered to be one of the world’s most luxurious tourist destinations. Here are some travel tips on how to travel to Mauritius from Nigeria

Mauritius is famous for its beautiful beaches but it’s also a great destination for hiking and climbing.

When to travel

Mauritius is exceptionally hot from November to February so consider March/April when it’s warm but at least there are no mosquitoes J .

Hotel

A very good hotel goes for between N9, 000 – N10, 000 per night…you can get it for less if you can do away with some luxurious benefits.

Ticket

Airlines such as South African Airways, Emirates Airlines and Lufthansa can take you to the Island from Nigeria. Fares on the average are N200, 000 – N260, 000 depending on the airline and time of travel.

Food

Mauritian cuisine is a mix of Indian, Chinese and Arabic, and like every other place, you can have meals both good and bad on the island. Don’t go home without trying a Mauritian spicy fish curry – all the smart hotels serve them (at a price). Look for somewhere patronized by locals and you won’t go far wrong.

Visa

They do not presently have an embassy or consulate in Nigeria at the moment but citizens of Nigeria can visit Mauritius without obtaining a visa prior to their travel. A visa on arrival will be issued at the port of entry (airport) valid for two (2) weeks.

Important: All travellers to Mauritius require a valid recognized passport (valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay)

All persons going to Mauritius for purposes other than tourism, visit or business need to apply for a Visa/permit before undertaking any travel.

Note:

Any person who stays in Mauritius after the expiry of the period, for which he obtained a visa or entry permit as the case may be, shall commit an offence and shall be liable for prosecution by a Court of Law.
Non-citizens travelling to Mauritius as tourists/visitors are not allowed to engage in any gainful activities or apply for extension of visa to follow studies/training courses.
Any person who wishes to seek employment or to engage in any gainful occupation in Mauritius will not be allowed to enter Mauritius unless he is the holder of valid residence permit and a work permit issued by the Mauritian Authorities.
Prospective students are advised to travel to Mauritius only after their application for study/training in Mauritius has been approved.
Non-Citizens coming to celebrate their marriage in Mauritius should comply with the requirements of Civil Status Act.
A non-citizen coming to get married to a Mauritian should fulfill the requirements under the Civil Status Act.
You will be required to show your valid hotel reservations and means of sustenance during the period of stay. Beware, they are also quick to deport using the next available flight and also they have good records of tourist as most hotels share travellers’ information with immigration.

General tips

Make friends with the locals and invite them to come with you on your excursions (admission prices for tourists are also higher than they are for locals).

If you’re not hiring a car, don’t use taxis but go by bus (“tiptops”), which travel all over the island. They’re cheap as chips and offer a wealth of sights, smells and sounds.

Many resorts have their own minibuses for taking tourists to and from tourist attractions. If you want to see as much of the island as you can, with the least amount of hassle, relying on resort excursions is a great method.

There’s no such thing as a private beach in Mauritius, though you wouldn’t know that from the way in which the smarter hotels colonise stretches of sand.

Check the map before you book your resort in order not to find yourself very close to the airport in the southeast were you will be troubled by plane noise.

Also, there’s no need to pack adaptors as Mauritian power sockets take three-pin plugs and the power supply is 240 volts.

Jokes EtcWho Is Wiser? The Pastor Or The Dad by BossMarvel(op): 11:24am On Nov 02, 2016
ABEG WHO GET SENSE PASS?
PASTOR OR PAPA?
When I was a kid, my dad bought a new car and drove us to church one Sunday. It was a prophetic service and our pastor was being used by God that day to deliver people from poverty.
...Suddenly, our pastor looked at my dad and said: "Mr Okonkwo, God is set to bless you."
My mum jumped up and shouted excitedly;
"Amen!!!"
My dad was excited too.
The pastor then came closer, placed his hand on my dad's head and prayed for him.
As our pastor turned to climb the altar, the spirit of God told him something.
He stopped, looked at my dad and said:
"Mr Okonkwo, did you buy a new car last week?"
"Yes sir," my dad responded with much surprise on his face.
Then our pastor said:
"God said I should tell you to sow your CAR KEY into my life."
I was shocked that my dad did not argue with the pastor, he just put his hand in his pocket, brought out the car key and gave to our pastor.
"Chai,,,, Chineeekeeee...," I thought within me, the joy accompanying owning a car evaporating from my mind!
After about five minutes, my dad stood up, went outside the church, he didn't even wait till the end of the service. I could see him taking Okada going home.
"He must be very worried," I reasoned in utter fear and confusion.
After a while he returned to church with the SPARE KEY of his car and drove the car back home.
I was so stunned at what I was seeing.
So, when I asked him why he acted that way he said:
"Son, use your brain, the pastor asked for the KEY and NOT the CAR."
Ohhh... Na true...

AgricultureRe: Serious Suppliers Needed Urgently by BossMarvel: 11:19am On Nov 02, 2016
I am into supply of agro products and I have direct contact with lots of farmers and associations that do have warehouses stocked with various agro products like these you are seeking.
The only problem is that many of them do not normally like the hectic procedures most of these companies give from bringing of samples to making the supply and sometimes delayed payments.

If these companies have representatives that can come to the warehouses, inspect the products, make payment and load then I can show you were you will meet real people ready for good business.

@NickUwaifo
Can you transport to my location in Ijoko, Ogun State?
Good day sir,
I am into this business and I go to Benue State regularly to buy yams in kwarai then sell to those Hausa guys at mile 12 market to make sharp money. You can get vehicles from the market that load and pass through your route and can discharge them for you there. The truth is you will hardly find anyone who will carry yams and come to deliver it to you before you pay. You either have to go there yourself to buy the yams or you look for a trusted person who can be helping you buy the yams and loading it for you to your destination. I believe they will only charge you nothing above #2500 per kwarai for transport to ogun state because that's the price to Lagos mile 12 and I think it's the same price range.
This is the season for yams and it is moving very fast now.

RomanceWould This Marriage Proposal Be Wrong? by BossMarvel(op): 9:29pm On Nov 01, 2016
The guy is in his early 30, a graduate and doing ok for himself but no girlfriend, no baby mama anywhere and he is just living his own soft life in his own house not with daddy and mummy.

He meets some really lovely girls in his neighborhood where is usually go to chill. Their mum has a nice restaurant and bar were he chills and they all get to like him like an elder brother who always chat with them, advice them and do take them out once in a while because their parents know the guy as a good customer and also know that he is from their same local government area.

Because of how close he is with the girls, some people actually suspect he is dating the eldest girl among them who is in her final year in university but what people don't know is that the youngest of the girls who is in her 2nd year in university is the one that he is about to engage.

The whole family knows about it and they seem really comfortable with everything and the guy.
The only thing now is that people make him feel the age gap is too much being that she is 18 years.

Should he really worry about all that being that they both want to be together and even the girls sisters and parents are not complaining?

Please note that this is not about money or material benefit because they are both from very rich homes and non of both parents would really need any form of help or connection from each other aside their childrens happiness.
