Because they know Tecno Phantom 6 plus has better features than their overpriced Samsung Junks that was sold to them at over-the-roof prices.
One was even having an Orgasm because of Snapdragon..... imagine. Tecno can like to even put Intel into their phones.....so I don't see where Snapdragon or Exynos is a yardstick for performance. Apple's A9 will swallow any version of Snapdragon not to even mention A10 Fusion.

I watched this video in 720p and to be frank it is no where near what the galaxy s6 can do not to mention s7. Does this phone have OIS because it looks like it doesn't. And the little things like fast focus and aperture counts. Its a good video, but there are phones that do better. I wasn't expecting more than this from tecno anyway, its a $320 phone. It takes good videos, and to most people that's OK, if they want something bettwr they would get a camcorder. U get to enjoy the extra luxury with samsung but at a huge price.

The S6 will do no better!

If u took a tecno phone to USA, no one will stop u but it wont work because guys there use different network bands, likewise most phones made for usa market wont work in Africa, does that mean those phones are not allowed in Africa?

I have once used an Infinix phone while in UK. The GSM technology is a world standard and all GSM mobile phones meet that standard. Whether you are in America, Africa or the Middle East. A mobile phone with a standard IMEI will suffice!

So after using your phone to read your HR, what do you do next? What are the significances of different Heart rates.....what is the relationship of bradycardia to Tachypnea? How do you manage Tachycardia. How do you approach Bradycardia.....Have you heard of Heart Sounds? Why make a fool of yourself. They put a feature on a phone that is only relevant to a Medical Doctor and you are using such feature to slay other devices?
I have said it before that Samsung is fond of equipping their phones with useless features. They even went to the extent of putting Pulse meters to measure Oxygen Saturation.....how many people will use those features apart from Doctors? And you are making noise about such specialist features. My friend keep quiet!

Are you aware that even the latest S7 edge cannot be used for VR viewing for more than 10 minutes without overheating? The VR system will warn you to turn off your device immediately it starts hitting extreme temperatures and you know your device's worth and had better heed such warnings unless you wanna fry your gadget! I am not even talking of 360 videos ooh. So now tell me what's the point of your VR headset when your device cannot withstand its operations. That is why we keep saying Apple are the king of Optimization. If Apple make their headset, they are sure gonna optimize it to work with their iPhone, trust me! Samsung waste too much cash!!! They should divert those monies to invent their own operating system!!

I will personally write to GSM Arena to include the Phantom 6 plus in their phone review! The phone deserves a write-up by GSM Arena.

At the moment snapdragon 820 (or 821) is the highest rated processor. In what way does that make my comment incomplete? Does that take away the fact that when u buy a samsung phone for 300k u are actually paying 200k for the device and 100k for the samsung brand? That the s7 snapdragon version suffers at multitasking is not due to snapdragon but it is Samsung's fault with their software. Lg g5 and htc 10 have the same snapdragon 820 and multitask better. Alcatel idol 4s which is almost half the price of the s7 has snapdragon 820 and multitasks like a champ. Tecno phantom 6 plus has Helio x20 and costs about half the price of s7 edge and multitasks like a champ.

Greenhulk God bless you for stating the obvious! Samsung ain't good at multitasking and everyone knows that. Apple is the king of multitasking. I can never dispute that. iPhone has a class I can never dispute, they rule the smartphone world presently and Samsung is still coming behind.....just like in a relay race, Tecno was closely following and suddenly overtook Samsung with the P6+ now taking second!!!

The only phone that is better than phantom 6+ at Multitasking right now is iPhone 6S and 7, thanks to Apple's legendary software Optimization.

Don't misconcept my argument, on paper the S6 has better display than the P6+ both in terms of the display technology and the pixel count. But in real everyday use these differences are negligible!

Yes, Samsung boasts AMOLED and the Phantom 6+ has the FHD but in real life situations you can hardly spot any differences bro. Go hold both phones side by side and compare, leave the specs now and put both of them to real use to see. I did this before writing my review bro. In fact 720p, 1080p videos do better on the Phantom 6+. I tested this with about 4 different YouTube videos rendered on their highest resolutions. Yes Samsung is known for the best displays, but Tecno Phantom 6+ has arrived the ring with specs that will blow your mind back to back!

Everywhere you turn its Phantom 6 plus. Suddenly it has become a household name.

as much as I dislike Samsung for incompetence and their Quantity over Quality perception, I have to disagree with this.. I saw the Techno p yesterday and putting it side by side to an s6 , no.. the s6 has a much premium feel, crisp amoled display and overall future proof guarantee of getting OTA or XDA support.. the techno p6 is a great device that stands out on it's own, but has it gotten to a point of setting it side by side with a samsung flagship like the s6? NO, not yet... and my only reason being because it isn't heavily supported by the IEM itself and also developers...

Bench mark has never been a criteria for comparison, if it had been then No phone would have been comparing head to head with the iphone 7, cos it obliterated most phones on geekbench score.. real life use is what matters, and I'd say , ENJOY YOUR different devices without killing your self , breaking sweat, trying to compare devices.. Be grateful and happy with your various devices..

That's why you care more about phone modifications and XDA. Some mobile phones are already made very fantastic and do not need any modifications, a good example is the P6+. And did you just say Tecno don't push OTA? Maybe that was in the past because even their C8 received OTA update how much more their flagship Phantom.

Yes, we put the P6+ up to the S6 edge plus and P6+ ruined it in all departments, real life usage not just Benchmarks alone.

You need proper examination. So 2 years ago can you compare a Techno flagship to a Samsung flagship?

What we are saying is Tecno have upped their ante. For their flagship to exceed a Samsung flagship that was released just last year is something you should be worried about. The message they are passing is that their next flagship will break industry standards and push other OEMs to their toes.

Honestly I put both phones to the test yesterday and I can confirm to you that P6+ is the clear winner in most areas. The only edge the Samsung has over the Tecno is that the Samsung camera has more features. But overall Tecno P6+ stands out!
