You can't do that in Islam. If there're places like that, they're places of worship not for hajj purpose. You have to perform hajj where the prophet (SAW) performed his hajj or perform some deeds like stated above to the rewards. Allah alaam

They just offered my cousin an appointment and he's skeptical about leaving his current a place of work.

I swear Enugu people are suffering.
I left Kaduna to Enugu for Christmas celebration last year but I didn't plan to stay this long then before you know it UNN announced they were doing post utme and my parents had to go back and I stayed in Enugu.
What I've seen here eh, I had no idea ppl still buy water from tankers until I came here cos that business went out of existence a long time ago in Kaduna. [/b]And also here in Enugu people buy gallons of water from a person that has borehole for 10 naria[b] while back in Kd people that has bore hole give water for free.
Here a bag of water is 150 naria while in Kd its 80-100 because there's a lot of pure water factories there.
Enugu is just not blessed with water

A 20litre keg is now #60 in my area (Uwani) here in Enugu. You will even be happy you get where to buy, it's so terrible here
