Am going with study visa and about accomodation am going to stay with my relatives, may be later i wil look for hostel.

I have already paid whole first year fees, i just carry about only 500 pound in my pocket, other money is in my account, can i carry my past copies of bank statements bcoz banks are closed due to holidays i cnt hav new statements, Am going to stay with my relative,wil there be a problem?

@0mo ties documents are documents which prove that you wil return to your home country aftr ur studyz e.g family matters,things you own in ur home country etc, Can i gt tier 4 visa refusal if i mis these documents?

Justwise plz help, when i deposited money on 19th this oct it was 7200 pound, bt today rate has increasd hence and thus my money in acnt is 7050
pound,can i deposit more money? If so does this means my counting days wil have to change?

Thanks swagger 4 ur reply, the college alert me on MAY that students of private college will not able to work and told me this wil come into effect on JULY,so i tried my best to overcome this new rule hence i did my visa appl. on june bt unfortunately i gt refusal,hence i decided to shift to jan intake,bt i knw that i wil nt b allowed to work bcoz college told me themslves.PLz cn u mention some public owned college and hw there fees range from?@swagger

I have sumthng which is confusing me, i want to use two accounts for maintainance, one is joint account which has more than 7200 pound and cover 28 days while the other one is my own account with my only name bt it has 6000 pound and it doesnt cover 28 days, and i want to show both accounts.Can my own account affect my application?please mr justwise and others help me on this.

Guyz do u mean joint account is not acceptable or?Because am using joint account with my cousin, i was refused visa bcoz of late submission,bt on side of funds i gt 10 points, i want 2 re-apply do ths means thy wil refuse me by changing their mind,bcoz my name also appears in my bank statmnt.

@emmy, dont use ur fathers company account they will refuse u again, account must b in your fathers name ,and thus,even if ur fathers signatory it doesnt matter.

If u want to use ur fathers bnk statement,then u hv 2 submit ur father birth certfcte and letter fr0m ur father stating that he is ready to sponsor u 4 the whole period of ur studies and enable u to acces and provide da m0ney whnver u want.YES u hv ask 4 anther CAS 4rm ur tier 4 sp0nsor, coz after refusal cas bcome invalid.

@emma , seemz u hv submit bank statmnt which is nt in ur name,u hv 2 knw tht bank statement "must" b in ur nem and m0ney in it must cover 28 days and date of closing balance must nt b more than a m0nth prior to ur applictaion.Dnt hurry to apply first consider these rules there after, college "must" send u an0ther cas dnt use da same cas.

Because am using two names,there is difference in my fathers name that appear in my academic results and my pasport(birth certfcte).Because my father is using two names.

Justwise n others, am planning to use affidavit to support my names, the sign date of affivadit is 31/06/2011, and i took from district court signed by magistrate.Will it be fine to use it in my october application.Or what kind of affidavit is acceptable by ECO?please help

If you use company account 100% i assure you will get refusal again,being ur fathers c0mpany doesnt matter.I have seem many people gt refusal on this way!
