How do you mean on my own sir? The project is at Arigbajo, Ifo in Ogun state.

It's a new site bro, but about 1 kilometres away from my site are built up areas where my aunt lives. Gradually it will develop. I am hoping lol.

Now that fencing has been done and the land and property has been secured.

The next phase will be borehole drilling and then stamped concrete flooring with interlocking stamps.

We shall see how far we can go with achieving that before the end of the year God willing. Thanks to everyone who has been part of this project both on and off Nairaland.

Hi again my property section peeps.

I have exclusive photos of the fence, gates and ironmongery works. Attached are photos.

Nothing else will I do than to thank God for all he has done concerning the project. It has moved very fast and I am grateful. Gate was actually 185k my bad.

I forgot to add the omo onile fees for fencing the land. The got paid 50k for that.

My blocks were 6 inches all round. Cement was for 2200 as I wasn't lucky it got inflated. Gate cost was 180,000k. The ironmongery cost was 120k.

The total paid for workmanship, blocks, materials was for 850k.

Yes that surely high. Some parts of my land had 12 coaches whilst some were 10 coaches high. My frontage was only 6 coaches high as we used ironmongery for the rest of the front for a nice view and a little beauty. I shall upload photos this weekend as I have been very busy with work lately.
