The completed dinning area.. The back/kitchen entrance has also been done.

More recently completed tile work from the previous that I'd uploaded earlier. Toilets r done kitchen walls too completed

The living room and dinning area has been done but not completed yet.

Rough surfaces yet to be cleaned by the tilers.

Updates. The other 3 room have been completed and its waiting for skirting.

@mufutau55, My senior Hajj! Thanks for your observation. The needful has to be done on the toilet as @kolashangeone has said. He should correct the mess or else he knows the consequences.

Photos of the tiled bathroom walls and then the main tiles that will be used for the living room and dinning area.

So the tiles work started with the bathroom yesterday and pictures are as attached.

@kolashangeone as he promised that he will fix the small doors has started works on the wood work for the bigger doors that will be delivered later in the week.

So the tiles were delivered to the site yesterday and we are good to go.

The all black tiles is high grade China. It costs 3400 per carton. Size should be from either of these 40 x 40 or 30 x 60 or 60 x 60. Pardon my ignorance ma'am . I hope all this helps. You can pm @kolashangeone for more information on the tiles.

First cream colour tiles is for the toilets too.

Here are samples we chose for the house.

Black/gold Itailian tiles for the living room and dinning area.

Brown for the master bedroom

Cream for the other 3 bedrooms

Kitchen will be black tiles and cream wall tiles.

Toilets and floor tiles will be milk colour on the floors and light brown for the walls.

We are back again to push the project. The tiles for the house has been bought. @kolashangeone and his employees will fix this again. I shall upload photos as they progress. We are using Italian tiles for the living room and dinning area. The other parts of the house will be high grade China tiles. We settled for that as we are on a budget as there are many more things we intend fixing around the house.

I understand all you have said brother. If you follow my post softly you would have noticed how and why I choose Ifo as it is developing and will definitely develop rapidly in the next 5 years. The goal was to start slowly with the development of the whole area. By the time it gets to that. All the aforementioned you were talking about will have been swiftly completed God willing. Anyways me wey start know exactly what I am doing. Mine is long term. Your project is for the immediate so yea its different my man.

You are damn right. But like I said the major hurdle has been crossed. Those aforementioned are easy to acquire. I mean the internal interiors like them furnitures and furnishings.
