I have called DHL customer care today, i was told that they are assessing the documents but the tracking status is still Clearance delay/event, Is it possible to ask them to return the item if they intend to waste my time? Please i help from ye my brethren. |

After providing the invoice, payment page and transaction details on thursday 28/11/2013, but the tracking status today monday 2/12/2013 is clearance delay, please what can i do?
