Good evening.
You can go through these(there are numerous online. Please do a proper google search), even though Australia offers more scholarship programs for PhD candidates.
All the best !

Let me share my little experience in Tasmania. I came to this country last year November, Tasmania is a good place to live especially to grow up children. if you are the kind of person like me that hate traffic this might be the best place for you, low population and lovely people. No stress here like other part of the country because of the low population, the weather here is a bit cold and weather changes to different state nearly every hour that is, you cant predict the weather. Some people move to Tasmania mainly because of pr it is very easy here than most places in Australia. Once you work full time for a year, work six months in your field or study here for two years you can apply. One of the major problem most people face here is accommodation simply because movement of people from mainland to tasmania as trigger the price of accommodation and even scares. To get accommodation you will need to have rental history, payslips, water bills and so on which there is no way you can get this if you are new in the city to be honest is very very difficult expecially if you are with family. Job i can say job also is major issue here i worked for just two weeks since i landed last year "fruit picking" very hard job working in the sun for over 8hours. Even till now am still looking for job.

Most people do disability job but you need some license to work in that sector

You can't survive working here without having a car

Pay rate btw 25aud to 32aud some pay less

Rent for single room/ shared apartment from 180-250 per week
For family from 380-600 per week depending on the area Note: No one will give a family with kids a room apartment they give sign rent agreements based on the size of the family

Car from 1000 depending on your taste

Fuel 1.53 per liter depending on the type

We spend 80aud per week myself wife and kid for feeding

To family once you obtain your visa in my opinion let one person come to settle rent and job before the rest move in

To student get the half of the second semester fees job here will not pay second semester

Submitted both original and certified photocopies to the Agency(which I was directed to use, by the School), as they requested.
Don't know which of the copy they opted to use.
Dgeneral23:
The one you submitted was it not the original??

Good Morning, good people.
Fantastic job with this topic (wished I had found about it earlier).
Hopefully, I will share my successful full experience one day.
For now, there is a lot learnt, and a lot still to learn
This place has been very educative and helpful, even at short notice.
Thanks, and God bless.

My question/concern.
A course on its website states '2 years full time', but when the CoE certificate comes out, course start date(24/2/2020), and course end date(31/12/2021), which is clearly 22months.

I am worried because, I have seen post(s) here that clearly stated, if the course is not exactly 2years(24months), no chance for a Post Study Work Visa.
How unsettling should I be about this ?
If a case for PSWV will not exist, how can this be solved.

I anticipate every truthful response.
Thanks once again guys.

With my little experience, the visa that will be issued to you is a two year Visa that will end march of the following year. The stated date is when the academic calendar end and that doesn't stop your course from being a two year course.

Had an overall score of 7(still doubt it was my score, should have scored higher).

Please, go through those links, learn, and more importantly, practice & practice with time.
