So there are actually none of your business. Secondly, approval for the ones that were contracts whose sum were above a certain level, could come from the FEC. Thirdly, you Kachikwu were well aware of those large sum contracts even at FEC level, since you are a member of FEC, so how can you turn round to say you now know nothing about them?
