Great!
Thanks for your response.

Honestly, hearing feedback like this will give one peace of mind.
I appreciate your response.
Thanks

freeAgent99:
Don't give him a try, go head on and buy your battery from him. Honestly, he has the cheapest batteries, he's genuine and one thing I like about him is that he makes his prices available for people, unlike others here that always don't tell you their prices as if it's a taboo.
My friend bought from him and I'll also buy from him when it's time to upgrade.
He's a very nice guy and always willing to advice and assist.

That's good to know,
Thanks for the response.

Yes. I guess so.
Isn't that allowed?
I think it's good we ask questions of those who know, so they can enlighten us who don't.
Thanks for your response

You are making enquiry about an expert?

There are real life reviews about him on the other thread.

Another seller again is Valto. He practically lives here sef.
Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Brando16: 12:29pm On Jul 29, 2025
I actually want to give him a try, but I need someone who has firsthand experience with him.
Have you bought any batteries from mrreed? How was the experience and the BMS in particular?

CuteMaro:
Ok, the experts will give you more insight, but going with Tubular batteries is a no no.

You should get a hybrid inverter, no need for Charge controller. I will recommend Haisic 24v 4.2kva, got mine for 340k. Most 3.5kva hybrids comes at similar price range. Haisic is super quiet and can take up to 5kw power from panels.

As for batteries. To get a cheaper deal you should contact Mrreed or Valto for at least a 24v 5kwh hour battery. Or you can go for Haisic 24v 8kwh at 800k.

I'll leave the rest for the experts in the end you may have to step up ur budget by a little bit to get the best bang for your bucks. Good luck!

Edrizz:
Yeah, you're good to go with 3.5kva 24v inverter for 310-330k
3.8kwh lithium battery from mrreed for around 600k
4pcs of 590watt jinko panel @500k since u intend to be using AC in the afternoon
150k for cable and accessories

U may need to up ur budget by 300-400k sha

Most of u don't get dis hybrid or not always get a CC for ur systems it helps it alot most of u buy hybrid and will not add a MPPT charger to it most all hybrid comes with PWM controller and for me anything more Dan 1kva need a MPPT charger control for it to work well dat is mistake most people do so
1 if u are going for hybrid or not buy a 60a MPPT
To cost it less buy ur normal 2kva inverter and den buy MPPT charger control for it
U can still buy 2kva diamond inverter one of d best with low cost but most people dont know
Tanks
Thanks for your response.
And I'll still be able to set solar as a priority with this set up?
Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Brando16: 10:46pm On Sep 14, 2020
olopan:
To Question
1. Yes, it does come with its own charge controller a PWM type.

2. This would have being advisable if you were not using a two battery system as ideally you should only be doing 40 - 50A max. Which is equivalent to around 1400W.

3. There is a way all your problems can go away, if you try the GROWATT 3KW 24V
It has a max. Capacity for 1500Wp and you can set your priority to Solar only battery then grid, and all these can be monitored remotely with ease.
And all the headache of over charging goes away as you can set the max. Current to be delivered to your battery to your desired current and still be served to be max of what the sun has to give.

If you need more info on the Growatt kindly respond.

I hope I have helped answer your question.
Cheers
I am interested. How do I get more info pls

Good day people,
I’m brand spanking new on this thread and I need advice/direction on a backup power system.
Currently I have a modified 2kva Prag inverter and 2 pcs of 200AH gel batteries that have gotten to their end of life (don’t back up for more than 30mins anymore).
Because of the recent increase in power tariffs across the country, I am looking towards an inverter system that would help to bring down my power cost by getting a hybrid inverter that places priority on solar before the grid.
To achieve what I stated above, I recently acquired 4 pcs of of 250w panel (1000w),
With the panels I intend to buy a hybrid inverter (looking at Schneider Electric Homaya 1.5KVA Solar Hybrid Inverter) and 2 pcs of Eastman Tubular Battery 220Ah 12V.
My issue now is
1. I’m not sure if the Schneider Hybrid inverter comes with its own Charge control (either pwm of mppt).
2. Also regards of if it does can I still get a 60A mppt CC that will handle charging and not compromise they hybrid nature of the invert (placing priority on solar 1st).
3. Is der anyother way I could achieve my overall objective without said inverter (Schneider Electric Homaya 1.5KVA Solar Hybrid Inverter) if that is the bottle neck.

People need to think straight about issues like this, there is no justification to having forced sex. what kind of idiotic satisfaction will you get from pleasuring yourself while your partner is in pains?
For all those who are in some ways defending the guy, please how will you handle this being done to your daughter?
if the man doesn't have sex that morning will he die?

CrimeMonitoring Units To Enforce Anti-corruption Directives by Brando16(op): 7:13pm On Apr 29, 2015
The Acting Inspector-General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase, has directed the IGP Monitoring Unit (X-Squad), and the Force Provost Marshall, to start enforcing anti-corruption directives in order to check corrupt practices among police personnel.
Arase gave the directive shortly before his maiden closed-door meeting with senior officers in Abuja on Wednesday.
He said the measure became necessary to restore the image of the police.
“Any officer caught either through whistle-blowing framework or direct operations of the enforcement units of the force will be appropriately dealt with in line with established disciplinary procedure”, he said.
Arase added that such an officer might face prosecution in the “swiftest fashion”.
He said the public had lost confidence in the police because of corruption, adding that it had also hindered the force from tackling crime in the most ethical and professional manner.
“This administration intends to address the menace of corruption in the police by developing frameworks and interventions that will address root causes of corruption.
“In this regard, official factors like logistics and welfare challenges that create grounds for corrupt tendencies by police officers will be vigorously addressed.
“The second approach is to pursue a very robust anti-corruption enforcement strategy that will leave no serving officers and citizens under any illusion about its integrity, and firm commitment to national ethical rebirth and development.
“Very soon, the nation will witness a massive and sustained deployment of the anti-corruption action units of the force for enforcement functions”, he said.
Arase said the enforcement would be laced with in-house and national public anti-corruption enlightenment with whistle-blowing mechanism.
“The new anti-corruption crusade of the force will take full cognizance of the appropriate sections of our criminal laws and hold both the giver and taker of bribes accountable”, he said.
According to him, the drive will be clear, coordinated, massive, firm and sustained, target and tackle issue relating to commercialization of bail.
He also said road blocks, abuse of police power, particularly in relation to pre-trial detention, would be tackled.
Arase restated the ban on road blocks nationwide and described it as public nuisance, points of corruption and a source of police-citizens frictions.
“The Commissioners of Police, Area Commanders and Divisional Police Officers in whose jurisdiction illegal road blocks are detected will be personally or vicariously held liable”, he said.
He added that strict and swift disciplinary actions would be meted out to such officers found culpable.
The acting I-G explained that the purpose of the meeting was to ensure professional interaction between the management team and field officers to create peer review platform for crime fighting.
He also said that it was to evaluate performance of officers in the just-concluded general elections and evolve plans for seamless inauguration of elected office holders on May 29.
The meeting, he also said, was to lay out his policy thrust and clear strategies to achieve them
