As far as I know, liberals are very very much against death sentence. on CNN and other Left wing media, I do read articles condemning states in USA that still uses death sentence as a form of punishment even to murderers.
liberals might be against it but Florida isn't liberal, we will see what pans out, after all, it is a federal charge so federal laws will apply

Let us all not forget how the raid on Trump's Mar A Lago residence was executed, while we look at the bogus indictment (and hoax) submitted by the fake FBI.

1. All of Trump's staff, Attorneys and resort personnel were ushered out - including Trump's lawyers, out of the estate at the time that the FBI descended on that resort. There was no one, nobody, from Trump's side to witness what the FBI did in Trump's apartment. In fact, there were postulations that some of the FBI personnel actually sniffed Melania Trump's undies and bras grin grin grin grin

Now, in the light of the above, how and why should anyone trust what the FBI and Evil Jack "the loser" Smith submitted as indictment of D J Trump? Kevin Clinesmith's rewording, deleting and forging of documents is still very fresh in our memories.

2. There were photographs of boxes everywhere - including toilets and bathrooms. Now, from point 1 above, and with the number of FBI personnel dispatched to Trump's apartment - and with the now established modus operandi of the FBI when it comes to Republicans generally and Trump in particular, how and why should I take those photographs as hard evidence? Is it not possible that the crowd of hateful and traitorous FBI personnel were the ones who came with boxes and arranged them the way they like in Trump's home and took photographs of these boxes?. Were there any Trump's staff on site to witness the photographing exercise? Any logical thinking and reasonable person can see through the charade that's the FBI submission as indictment of Trump.

3. The FBI claimed there was voice recording of Trump showing/sharing highly classified information with ballroom guest. And that he claimed in the conversations with this mysterious guest that he "does not have the power to declassify records anymore" and other bullcrap by the FBI. With the level of interest the FBI have on nailing Trump, and then the hatred of the Biden Crime Enterprise for him, and with the technology and resources at Garland, Wray, RINOs and FJB's disposal, would you want to take it past them that the entire "recordings" were not doctored using artificial intelligence - just to get Trump?

what false equivalence? as i said, carry your dictionary and you did not disappoint.
a man who committed fraud should be charged as well as a man who committed murder. the 2 are crimes and crimes should be charged. you can come with a dictionary to an argument but cannot come with common sense.

i agree with you, trump should be charged for the numerous crimes he has been proven to have committed over his lifetime not the mere wrist slaps he has been getting from Americas two tier justice system, let's start with his trump charity scam, let him be charged and sent to prison like other regular Americans including a former US senator were, not the mere $2m fine he received for stealing from his purported charity, a crime is a crime right? Meanwhile, articulate the actual crime but.............but...........

Hillary is supposed to have committed.

Why not say Hitler decided to hijack Nazism, convert it to a personal power quest. Added racism in his murderous endeavor to rid society of undesirables.
At the heart and beginning of the Nazi party was socialism. The abbreviations to its name is clearly socialism. Hitler got rid of anyone who was a threat to him , same thing Stalin did.
yeah, same as the Nigerian APC is the gold standard for being progressive and congressional because it's in its name and the PDP is the standard for being democratic because it's in its name or should I continue to stretch your silly logic for you? Hitler elevated it to not only white supremacism but to descendants of the pure bred
Aryans. Some blue eyed elite gene.He was able by his gift of the garb to convince Germans that they were a superior race, treated badly after losing WW1.
Nazis are inherently evil to their bone marrow.
Nazi in English is National Socialist Party
White Supremacists are evil. I will not give them the same rank as the Nazi

I can add that socialists are evil. Look no further than the originators. Lenin or Stalin -who eliminated every rival by a stroke of his pen, starved tens of millions of Ukrainians, had no mercy to POWs and his domestic enemies sending them to Siberia death camps.
Stalin captured hundreds of thousands of Nazis in Stalingrad and sent them to Siberia.

stop sprouting your pathologic stupidity, actions not words define a person, the Nazis calling themselves socialist was a form of opposition to Marxists and trying and succeeding in owning them at their slogans, Nazis were evil capitalists per excellence, they are as socialist as the holy Roman empire was....

You say trump's son does not know trump? Trump's sons have stated their father is not a racist and you and the media did not care, you and them call him a racist anyway. So why are you saying no one from the family have disputed that what the grandson says so it must be true? The reasons the grandson give does not make sense... But just so you know.

“The warning signs were there. I wasn’t shocked when I heard the news,” Ludwig told CNN on Thursday. “I believe he held – holds – racist tendencies and beliefs.”

The older brother said race was not part of the issue.

Only racists see everything from the lens of race.
i didn't know you were talking about trump's son's opinion of trump, i thought you were talking about his opinion of the shooter of all things! Be that as it may, on refusing to put much stock on the opinion of trump's son concerning trump, trump's son is by far not the only one who knows/knew trump personally, almost every other personal account contradicts his whearas there hasn't been a contradictory account to the account given by the grandson for this shooter

The Genesis of this discussion is about me saying the US is saying they will REJECT a peace deal ushered by China without knowing what the deal is about.

https://youtube.com/shorts/ugvgTaMV51o?feature=share

My stance is not pro-US, Russia, or China. I just want the war to end and it will not end like this except Russia can feel the pressure. that will only happen when their cities start going up in flames. If Ukraine continues like this, it will become a desert. The US will at some point lose interest. Europe is seeing a lot of protest concerning this and more and more people want an end to this conflict instead of sending weapons. as it is... people who support giving aid to Ukraine is 50%

Its either they Do something significant or Call Russia to the Round table and look for solution. Now Iran is playing a big part on Russian Drone.

Cost 20k. Ukraine used 500k missile to shoot them down. this is not sustainable.
we all want the war to end, even ukraine does, just not at the cost of ukraine's territorial intergrity and that is my point. As far as territoeial intergrity is concerned, china is an inadequate bad faith negotiator

Crimean History has more to do with Russia than Ukraine. The bold i asked you to give citation on did not really show up in all this link you presented. I would have loved to see the Specific writeup about Ukrainian Aborigines exiled to Khazaks.

britanica n wiki
Crimea is a peninsula on the northern coast of the Black Sea that has a long and complex history of colonization and occupation by various powers. According to Britannica, the first settled occupation of Crimea was perhaps by the Cimmerians around 1000 BCE. In the following centuries, it was conquered and influenced by the Greeks, Romans, Scythians, Sarmatians, Goths, Huns, Khazars, Kipchaks, Mongols, Genoese, Ottomans, Russians and others. Wikipedia states that the most important Greek colonies in Crimea were Chersonesus near modern Sevastopol and Panticapaeum where Kerch now stands. These colonies came under Roman control in 15 BCE and survived until the 15th century CE. In the 10th century, Prince Vladimir I of Kievan Rus claimed these coastal cities and was baptized at Sevastopol, marking the beginning of the Christianization of Kievan Rus. However, Kiev could not retain Crimea, which fell to the nomadic Tatars of the Golden Horde. In the 13th century, the Genoese established commercial outposts along the coast, dominating the Black Sea trade until they were expelled by the Ottomans in 1475. The Ottomans recognized the Tatars of Crimea as an independent khanate under their suzerainty. The Tatars frequently raided Russia for slaves and resisted Russian expansion in the region. In 1783, Catherine II (the Great) annexed Crimea to the Russian Empire after defeating the Ottoman Empire in a series of wars. Crimea became a strategic location for Russia's naval power in the Black Sea.

In the 19th century, Crimea was the site of the Crimean War (1853-1856), where Russia fought against an alliance of Britain, France, Turkey and Sardinia over the control of the Ottoman territories. The war ended with Russia's defeat and the loss of its naval base at Sevastopol. Many Crimean Tatars were forcibly dispersed to other parts of Russia after the war. In the 20th century, Crimea witnessed more turmoil and violence during the Russian Revolution, the Civil War, World War I and World War II. In 1921, Crimea became an autonomous republic within Soviet Russia. In 1944, Stalin ordered the deportation of all Crimean Tatars to Central Asia and Siberia as a punishment for their alleged collaboration with Nazi Germany. Many of them died during or after the deportation. In 1954, Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev transferred Crimea from Russia to Ukraine as a gesture of goodwill. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Crimea remained part of independent Ukraine but retained a high degree of autonomy and a predominantly Russian-speaking population. In 2014, following a political crisis in Ukraine and a controversial referendum in Crimea, Russia annexed Crimea and declared it a federal subject of Russia. This move was widely condemned by most countries as a violation of international law and Ukraine's sovereignty.

The current occupants of Crimea are mainly ethnic Russians who make up about 65% of the population according to a 2001 census. There are also Ukrainians (about 15%), Crimean Tatars (about 12%) and other minorities living in Crimea. The status of Crimea is disputed between Ukraine and Russia and remains a source of tension and conflict in the region.
aren't you just about on an unecessarily long winded journey of makìng the same point i was trying to make? The tartars of crimea in recent history were forcibly displaced by official soviet policies and ethnic russians were brought in to replace them and fastfoward to today putin is using the excuse of an artificially induced majority russian population to invade and annex crimea. See? That's simpler

Also, who is holding brief for the U.S in this scenario? I am pro Ukrainian and by extension in this case pro American but where did i suggest the U.S replace China as peace brokers? I am of the philosophy that the only way to make peace with an invader is over their corpses and the current U.S policies is adhering to that and also I'm not in support of peace with the current status quo, until all Ukrainian territories are recovered peace be damned and the reason is simple, going forward every territory hungry aggressor will take precedence from whatever resolves from this war

Crimea was Taken in 2014. This is not Tibet's situation. I don't know where you are getting your information from. Crimea was given to Ukraine in 1954. Russia illegally took Crimea back but I know for sure that the majority of Crimeans are Ok with Russia's Annexation.

Even before the crisis in 2014, there are some states in Ukraine that align more with Russia than Ukrain itself.

I think you don't understand what you are comparing.

the issue is the question of good faith on the part of a would be peace broker and the parallels are what I'm comparing in China's annexation of Tibet with Russia's annexation of Crimea (past) and would-be annexation of the invaded and occupied areas of eastern Ukraine (present)
Also majority of Crimean dwellers are descendants of Russian settlers from the 1800's while the actual Ukrainian aborigines where forcefully removed and exiled to the khazaks when Russia ruled them so maybe it is you who should learn a little more history before giving opinions and yes same scenario applies to the pro-Russian areas of eastern Ukraine

Dude, stop embarrassing yourself. if that link is what China propose as a peace deal then you must be a retardwarmonger to reject it. Go read what is on your own link
what do you disagree with here:
1. Respecting the sovereignty of all countries. Universally recognized international law, including the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, must be strictly observed. The sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of all countries must be effectively upheld. All countries, big or small, strong or weak, rich or poor, are equal members of the international community. All parties should jointly uphold the basic norms governing international relations and defend international fairness and justice. Equal and uniform application of international law should be promoted, while double standards must be rejected.

2. Abandoning the Cold War mentality. The security of a country should not be pursued at the expense of others. The security of a region should not be achieved by strengthening or expanding military blocs. The legitimate security interests and concerns of all countries must be taken seriously and addressed properly. There is no simple solution to a complex issue. All parties should, following the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security and bearing in mind the long-term peace and stability of the world, help forge a balanced, effective and sustainable European security architecture. All parties should oppose the pursuit of one’s own security at the cost of others’ security, prevent bloc confrontation, and work together for peace and stability on the Eurasian Continent.

3. Ceasing hostilities. Conflict and war benefit no one. All parties must stay rational and exercise restraint, avoid fanning the flames and aggravating tensions, and prevent the crisis from deteriorating further or even spiraling out of control. All parties should support Russia and Ukraine in working in the same direction and resuming direct dialogue as quickly as possible, so as to gradually deescalate the situation and ultimately reach a comprehensive ceasefire.

4. Resuming peace talks. Dialogue and negotiation are the only viable solution to the Ukraine crisis. All efforts conducive to the peaceful settlement of the crisis must be encouraged and supported. The international community should stay committed to the right approach of promoting talks for peace, help parties to the conflict open the door to a political settlement as soon as possible, and create conditions and platforms for the resumption of negotiation. China will continue to play a constructive role in this regard.

5. Resolving the humanitarian crisis. All measures conducive to easing the humanitarian crisis must be encouraged and supported. Humanitarian operations should follow the principles of neutrality and impartiality, and humanitarian issues should not be politicized. The safety of civilians must be effectively protected, and humanitarian corridors should be set up for the evacuation of civilians from conflict zones. Efforts are needed to increase humanitarian assistance to relevant areas, improve humanitarian conditions, and provide rapid, safe and unimpeded humanitarian access, with a view to preventing a humanitarian crisis on a larger scale. The UN should be supported in playing a coordinating role in channeling humanitarian aid to conflict zones.

6. Protecting civilians and prisoners of war (POWs). Parties to the conflict should strictly abide by international humanitarian law, avoid attacking civilians or civilian facilities, protect women, children and other victims of the conflict, and respect the basic rights of POWs. China supports the exchange of POWs between Russia and Ukraine, and calls on all parties to create more favorable conditions for this purpose.

7. Keeping nuclear power plants safe. China opposes armed attacks against nuclear power plants or other peaceful nuclear facilities, and calls on all parties to comply with international law including the Convention on Nuclear Safety (CNS) and resolutely avoid man-made nuclear accidents. China supports the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in playing a constructive role in promoting the safety and security of peaceful nuclear facilities.

8. Reducing strategic risks. Nuclear weapons must not be used and nuclear wars must not be fought. The threat or use of nuclear weapons should be opposed. Nuclear proliferation must be prevented and nuclear crisis avoided. China opposes the research, development and use of chemical and biological weapons by any country under any circumstances.

9. Facilitating grain exports. All parties need to implement the Black Sea Grain Initiative signed by Russia, Türkiye, Ukraine and the UN fully and effectively in a balanced manner, and support the UN in playing an important role in this regard. The cooperation initiative on global food security proposed by China provides a feasible solution to the global food crisis.

10. Stopping unilateral sanctions. Unilateral sanctions and maximum pressure cannot solve the issue; they only create new problems. China opposes unilateral sanctions unauthorized by the UN Security Council. Relevant countries should stop abusing unilateral sanctions and “long-arm jurisdiction” against other countries, so as to do their share in deescalating the Ukraine crisis and create conditions for developing countries to grow their economies and better the lives of their people.

11. Keeping industrial and supply chains stable. All parties should earnestly maintain the existing world economic system and oppose using the world economy as a tool or weapon for political purposes. Joint efforts are needed to mitigate the spillovers of the crisis and prevent it from disrupting international cooperation in energy, finance, food trade and transportation and undermining the global economic recovery.

12. Promoting post-conflict reconstruction. The international community needs to take measures to support post-conflict reconstruction in conflict zones. China stands ready to provide assistance and play a constructive role in this endeavor.
China invaded and occupies Tibet till date as part of it's territories, shipping native Chinese to the Tibetan homeland while shipping out native Tibetans, bans the use of the Tibetan language in favour of Chinese officially, Russia invades Ukraine, already does something similar to what China did in Tibet in Crimea, Russia and China are chummy, china offers to broker a peace agreement between Russia and an invaded Ukraine and you claim that should be taken on good faith, GTFOH!

Trust that you can read this with no bias.

I was coming out now with ivermectin, and it threatened hundreds of billions of dollars in perpetuity for these insanely lethal vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, remdesivir, paxlovid, molnupiravir — all of the markets for their novel new pills to enter. I mean, I don’t think any medicine has ever threatened that much of a market.

so, I'm supposed to take a publication with an obvious political bias as implied by the medium in which ìt was published from an author who has traded professionally regulated clinical practice for an unregulated and potentially profitable (if you can appeal to the right audience) telemedicine practice dependent on sales which is also dependent on personal recognition (Dr. Oz is a prime example) serious? Although i share his sentiments on the influence wielded by big pharma but you have to bring exclusively peer reviewed scientific facts to the table in a scientific or medical debate, peer review exists for a reason to make sure your findings are generally universally applicable and your results are not influenced by any sort of bias, yet you are asking people to accept claims from fringe doctors with non-medical motives lacking peer review for your political narratives? Sorry not sorry! I'm not a Republican i.e I'm not wilfully stup1d like you all! If I'm ever adjudged stup1d in my life it will be because i was ignorant of certain facts not because i chose to selectively ignore facts i don't like

that is your proof? A 10s soundbite? Where is the full speech? You might as well be one of five blind men taken to feel an elephant who held it by the tail and proclaimed that an elephant is built like a rope! With such conclusive evidence no wonder why you've yet to lose a case in court, oh sorry,......you might as well wake up from your opioid dreams! You see what i meant by tolerating stupidity?
