I was piss yesterday,I followed a friend of mine to a welding of his sister,after the party instead of him to serve me food,he was serving his female guest,so I asked him that wouldn't he give me food ? He said I should go and wash plate so that he can use it to collect food for me,I said never will I do that,he said maybe I should patient then till he'll serves his female friends finish,so I wait till he done,he went to bring me AMALA,I told him I can't eat it that I wanted rice because that what he served his female friends,he said it had finished,that was how I left there without eating any things,he doesn't know when I left because I didn't tell him and doesn't call me since yester till now to know my where about

Maybe you started aggressively. Most people that are not used to exercising, when they want to start, they usually overdo which will result in pains.

The best way is to ease into it. If you want to work on your chest, don't just start doing 50 press ups, that's madness. Start with 10 or so. When you're comfortable, then you increase it until you get to your desired goal. All the best bro.

When i started press ups,I started with five,it not easy,i found it difficult,but i can do 15 now easily
