Last year we planted potatoes and harvested a lot we were thinking of what to do with the potatoes before they spoilt I googled how to prepare mashed potatoes and I wanted to try it. But we grinded the potatoes instead and turned it into flour. I'll try to make this mashed potatoes one day. |

This ppl in this village are lucky oo. They have water in abundance. I'm from enugu, but I don't live there and I love my state soo much but one thing that make me weak when I visit enugu, is that there's scarcity of water in the state and you'll have to buy gallons of water all the time.
