There are different dynamics for different companies and I for one can understand one wanting to do things codedly until they materialize. I did not use any study leave letter from my company as it is even against policy. They won't give such letters because your job is not guaranteed if you leave for studies.
In my case, I only used my payslips and Pension statement which corroborated my place of employment. You can also show your letter of employment I guess.

You actually got my point.. Since I can use my employment letter then I think I'm good to go... I pray I get it right this time cos 2011 still hurts..

1 Is it a must I get a study leave frm my company? I'm just 4months old in the company. I honestly don't want the company to know about this.

2. My salary acct is also 4months old since I'm new in the company, wht do I do in this case?

3 I'm taking a complete U-turn from B.sc Biological Science to PGD Human Resources, I know less to nothing about HR, how do I justify this?


I intend to submit ma application 2nd week in january.

Biometrics: 9th October
Med Call: 28th November
Med Done: 3rd December
Passport Request: 8th December.

*Sponsor SOA for 6months (salary acct. 40+M, dorm acct $120+K)
*Sponsor letter and letter from sponsor's employer
*My four months SOA (500+K)
*Letter of introduction and study leave letters from my employer
*SOP (clearly detailing why I chose to study in Canada and at the University of Regina and my plans to return to Naija upon graduation.

This is all. Note that none of my documents were notarized. If someone agrees to sponsor you and puts it in writing with his contact details clearly stated I see no reason for all that. Sponsor meanwhile is my maternal uncle with different surname. Thanks everyone. If any questions, I'll do well to answer them. May part 7 be better and sweeter than part 6. God bless everyone.

1 thing that caught my attention in your post is the letter of introduction and study leave... Is it compulsory I get these 2 from my company as I intend not to disclose anything to the company until I have the visa with me... Will these 2 affects my application? For I've nt used up to 4months in my new company but I have the employment letter.

He/she should provide you with hos/her biz registration cert or employment letter (source of funds),
His/her statement of account. ...
A letter of affidavit (notarized)
Landed doc (if any).

3. Dont worry about the travel history. Although, I believe it is being triggered by a question from the questionnaire.

Good Day house, sometimes in 2011(November precisely), I applied for canada Temporary Residence and I was refused based on
1. Travel History
2. Account Balance
3. Home Tie
Early this year, I got an admission for a PGD program but due to one or two reasons, I had to defer the admission to MAY, 2015. My major problems now are:
1 I can hardly remember what I filled for the 2011 visa application and I don't intend to fill anything contrary to the ones I've filled before.
2. Is their a need for a sponsor since I paid my tuition deposit myself tho my acct balance is nothing to write home about but the turnover is nt bad.
3. If I'm to use a sponsor, wht do I need frm the person?
4. Do I stand any chance of gettin the visa even tho my travel history have nt changed.

I doubt if u can get dubai working visa frm here. The best I think u can get is a tourist visa which u can use to get employment over there in dubai and ur employer help u wt work permit of 2yrs.. U might be lucky to gain employment frm here buh is very rare cos dey wan to meet u in person.. So, go to dubai wt a tourist visa, look for job and if employed, leave d rest to ur employe.. Did I make any sense?

Hello everyone, I will be traveling to dubai for 4th of February but I don't have an accommodation. Thou, I've done hotel reservation but d guy that did it said I can only sleep 3dayz. Pls I need an accommodation and I won't mind to pay as I intend to settle down in dubai for some time..
