These guys are taking longer time than necessary. I was thinking that before school resumption date for the first term 2022/23 session which is on Monday September 12, 2022, everyone would have known one's stand.
What could be causing the delay and unnecessary suspense?

The truth is that, appointment letters don't usually carry salary per month. It is usually stated as per annum but you will be the one to do the division to ascertain what your basic pay will be per month.
Again, the salary can not be 165k per annum, that is even far before the former minimum wage of 18k. However, no level 8 government worker receive up to 100k per month, let alone receiving 165k.
Pls do well to post the appointment letter for clarity.

I got info from a reliable source they re employing 800 teachers nd d governor just sign it on Thursday n they start sending mails on Friday nd it will continue till Thursday next week so let keep hope alive, they re doing it local government by local government

Actually, he is not connected to anybody.
He tried lobbying it but he was told that it won't work because he didn't hit the minimum cut off so he gave up. In short, nobody collected his details.
