About two weeks ago, i did some funny things in my cpanel and eventually got my blog deleted without backup in place.what i need now are my blog content, i have tried my host but no way out. anyone with means to how i can retrieve my content?

Your wordpress contents are stored in your database. To retrieve it,you need to log in to your phpmyadmin from your cpanel and download the database which can be in turn exported to a new database of your worrdpress installation.

I transferred it from another host to another and it's not working properly. All the files and plufgins are intact when i go through my cpanel but they are not shoing from the wordpress dashboard.

Check your wp-content/themes folder to make sure the theme is intact.
