I need assistance with my visit visa. I had my biometric in September and eligibility review started during the second week in October. Is there a way to call or figure out what might be happening with my case? Cos the eligibility review is still ongoing as of today and taking forever.

Hi, can you please tell me the number you used in tracking your case?
Is it the number that starts with a “V”
Cos I also got same message @case not found” whenever I use the number.

Thank you @hoppa I just did and it shows visa been processed at Canada visa office. This is the first time am seeing been process. though I've been using the tracking ID sent to me via SMS to check it, right now I used the one on the receipt as said by you.. .Please what does the been processed means sir?? Thanks a lot yota. Pls b a little bit patient wit me. My agent gave 4 Ø̲̣̣̥f us an app letter, A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ I'm certain its just the 4 Ø̲̣̣̥f ‎​​U̅s that is having an AL wit a resumption date Ø̲̣̣̥f 11th Ø̲̣̣̥f april this year. The others ĤΛ√Ɛ given up, believing that they ĤΛ√Ɛ been duped.
Can ‎​​U̶̲̥̅̊ pls help me verify if any1 has the AL with a documentation date Ø̲̣̣̥f that same month?
