ithanks for the reply. the laptops recognises it has a drive but sending files even as small as 2mb take forever and then the PC tells you part of device not functioning properly have been using kies air for some days now I have tried with different laptop , USB cables still no change.A guy on xda as the same issue am hoping he would tell me how he fixed his.
