ECOWAS is not a subset of the AU...its a parrallel structure. Also, CAF has nothing to do with either ECOWAS or the AU.
AU is the general body of all Africans state, while ECOWAS is strictly for West Africans states. If all things being equal, you can't be a member of AU if you are not a member of ECOWAS. All ECOWAS are AU members but not all AU members are ECOWAS members.

In summary, ECOWAS ( AU.

This is exactly the same issue I witnessed between Nigeria and Cameroon. When I thought Nigeria was dominating the match by a huge margin, statics proved otherwise. I was shocked.

I was also shocked at the NGA Vs CMR match ball possession too.

On the face of the Mauritanian players I can see, "we no go gree for this people today" cheesy. The guys are playing with all the energy in their body, spirit and soul. Nice one, Cape Verde are making one mistake so far, playing at thesame pace with Mauritania, I think this is where Super eagles show class, they will dull your morale till you lose all the energy in you and begin to go at their pace.

Can somebody explain to me how this ball possession is being measured? I keep seeing the opposite of the reality on my screen in most matches. In this match so far, the ball possession ought to be roughly 50:50, but I am seeing 67 in favour of Cape Verde.

I have always thought that I am the only one battling this prevailing culture of mediocrity in Africa's recent footballing sector.

You guys should stop this already, after yesterday's game if you don't see any exceptional trait of a good player in Osihmen then you have a problem with appreciating good things.

That young man deserves all the praises he is receiving at the moment. What makes a player an excellent one? Go and watch that game again, the guy is not that type of average striker who waits for ball to get to him before attempting to score. He hustles for the ball, he is all over the pitch ensuring that his team is on track, there is hunger for winning in him.

How many strikers currently in the whole world are better than him? What he needs to bang goals for us is a creative midfielder. The balls are not reaching him well, he goes to source for ball himself. Appreciate whose is doing well.

All I have to say is, whoever discovered Calvin Bassey for the team has done so well for us. The young man is a true patriot, so determined to see his team go higher.

Osihmen is another player working so hard to record his name in the record of Naija legends. At a point I was wondering if he is a defender as he shuffles between defence, mid field and attack. Drogba is proud of him, he (Drogba) be like, this guy is a beast like me.

Ok, look at this girl now; look at d way she's homely dressed as a church girl, no wig, no excess makeup, no showing of flesh.....all in a bid to convince the public that she's a 'home girl'. She con finish the matter with the 'practicing christian' tag on her profile to finally convince mugus that she's a church girl. So, how can one 'code her kind of person' by merely perusing her profile when the profile itself was constructed to pull a wool over the 'peruser's' eyes.

Who would've ever thought that a 'cute' girl, all covered up and a 'practicing christian' like her is into runs?
cool

No matter how calm you appear and sweet your profile look like, I can still detect your kind of person from few lines if chats with you. We didn't go to school to learn only our course of study. Properties / Re: What Is The Idea Behind These High Roofs? (Photo) by BrutusOj(m): 6:43pm On Jan 23
[quote author=matify83 post=128086381]Thanks for bringing this to public discuss.

I have always had my reservations for this trend which is fast gaining popularity.

Firstly, the assertion of improvement in water run off does not hold water. A 45 degree slope is enough evacuate any amount of precipitation.

The idea may have started from people copying western designs without configuring them to our climate.
The high roof creates space for the attic which "oyibo" people also use as living spaces. But in our clime, you would fry to death because of the heat up there.

Some have adduced that it makes the house cooler. This is another misconception because simple physics should tell them that the larger surface area of roofing tiles or aluminium exposed to the sun increases the convection of heat into the living spaces.

More worrisome is the addition of cornices or parapet which prevents the roof from breathing thereby trapping tremendous heat in the attic and by extension the living spaces below.

Visiting old institutions built during the colonial era, you will marvel at how passive those design were and are liveable even without artificial cooling e.g UI main library, UCH main structures, ABH.

In a nut shell, increasing floor to ceiling height with clerestory Windows is more tropical oriented than the miss-fit we are discussing quote\].

Kindly throw more light on the bolded to a lay man.
Please, make it simple for a none civil engineer, building engineer or Architect.

Honestly some people are so stupidd and unintelligent. Before I interact with anyone on Facebook, first thing I do is to check your profile and your contact list if any, from your profile and timeline, I should be able to code your kind of person.

With the array of attacking threats we have, we are struggling to score goals, despite creating chances. Well, the good thing is that we are compensating for it with solid defending. But how far will that take us? 🤞
The bolded is where we usually get it wrong and give ourselves false hope and get heart attack when our national team go for tournaments. It's high time individual accolades are given to players based on their performance for national teams only. What we have upfront are all average players. I can say Osihmen has the fighting spirit of naija ex big players but the rest are just mediocres hyped by our local sports analysts on papers. If we must play well, then we have to start looking into our local leagues to pick the boys who are hungry to play.

Most of the nations doing well right now in this tournament got majority of their players from their local leagues. There is no hunger to win from those guys at all and it's painful to we the fans watching with our hearts in our mouths.

You have a degree in Education and you dont want to teach? Everybody cannot be an IT professional. Improve your CV by learning skills in education, if you are good at teaching Chemistry and have 21st century teaching skills and good in edtech, big schools will value you, from there you can source for NGOs that are into educational programmes. The goal now should be to get experience in real-time teaching and learning.

Are ministers not allowed to have SAs? If she is ignorant, her advisers shouldn't be. Southnerns too get gra gra na why she go Bleep up while she was chasing after a northern thief (daughter). Even if you don't want to mention where you work, why not drop at least a hint of few organisations you know that pay their staff well and the skills you have that placed you in such an organisation. You said you can mention 1001 organisations that pay well. Drop like ten for hustlers to try their luck na.
