Check my post....you do not need legalisation..JUST NOTARISE UR EDUCATIONAL DOCS....tell them you want seal and certified true copy, they will understand....I did mine 4k for 9 pages documents.

Yes I notarized photocopy of my certificates.
Yes I authenticated at MOFA, Abuja when I applied thru India in 2016 because it was part of their requirements.

When you say certificates, what certificates do I need to present as a Bachelor's student? Primary and secondary?? And please what did you use for notarizing?? A court or notary public?? And the mofa authentication was it done for the notarized docs?

The under-listed documents are the docs submitted for Visa/TRP application. Pls note that it depends on the individual but this info is shared on my personal experience.

1. Visa Application form. (Fill online n print)
2. TRP Application form
3. Hostel Reservation (Booking.com)
4. Flight itinerary (one way)
5. School Certificates (Notarized)
6. Letter of Sponsor (Addressed to embassy)
7. Sponsors statement (6months)
8. Sponsors letter from Bank
9. Sponsor's ID card/pp data page
10.Passport photo (2pcs I guess)
11. Insurance (Swiss 1yr).
12. 160 euro (Visa/Trp fee).

NB.. you can use a personal account if you have enough savings. The Money should be sufficient enough to cater for your trip and maybe tuition fee. (Pls don't ask me for figure o)

I can't remember if I missed anything, open for addition and correction

Did you use a court to notarize your certificates? Or a notary public? Was it the photocopy you notarized? Did you do any authentication for any documents at ministry of foreign affairs?

School is resuming in September, from experience and information I have before me, the earliest date you can enter is August besides what are you coming to do in May/June when you can't work here till you get your permit?

Pls use those period to make more money if you are in any gainful employment at home because you are coming here to spend till you get your TRP, then get a job and start another journey of life

No dear, you don't have to be in a rush. Be working to save money. You can join the June/July Batch. You are not expected to be in Estonia before August. Consular will postdate your visa cos they are already aware of the sch resumption date.

OK thanks....August isn't far anymore.... I will wait... Is the tax exemption compulsory for applying for scholarships and grants??please be specific.. What documents did you show them at the embassy when you applied for your D visa? And what docs did you use for Trp? And did you notarize them all?

Get a tax exemption letter. Have you been given admission? Do.u have your admission letter? If yes, you can travel with the batch going this April, then come bck to Nigeria, continue your work and resign when you are set to go. Mind you, your Estonia visa would be postdated to August, that's when you will travel and by the time you get here, you TRP shd be ready

Thanks.. At the point of writing this I have been conditionally accepted by Tallinn.... Going to send my docs today.... It won't be easy on me coming back to Nigeria after I get my esti visa in Israel which I intend using as my route... I had hopes of telling a relative in esti to write me a letter which I will show to the embassy stating that he will be responsible for me before my Trp comes out.. I hope this can convince the consular to give me entry into esti in May or June when I will be traveling to Israel... Please tell me what you think....

no dear , after u av been given the admission , u will be sent an email to choose your payment option for school fees , there 3 options to pay full tuition, half tuition for one semester , and instalmental payment of 4 months within a semester ! I will advise u go for the instalmental payment ! Which o think is flexible ! Even if u av the full tuition go for , instalmental and that's how it will remain till u finish after u sign the contract ! Now here is why I said so ! Over here they don't joke with fees and it can get u deportated ! Incase one can't meet up wit the full payment , the monthly payment will be a good option , so it's best to stick to it ! There was once a student who could not meet up wit the full payment we had to assist him after he lost his job ! Without payment of skool fees at tallinn university u can register all ur courses until they send u an invoice to pay ur fees ! U don't pay immediately wen skool resumes !

Miles is the option for half payment available from first tuition fee payment? Or it starts after the first semester full tuition payment?

a tax doc of u if u are working ,if u are not working u can do a tax exemption doc from any tax office close to u ! That's for the need base application wen u get down to essti

This is my question about this miles, currently I work for the govt, but I intend to quit when I get the admission... But because of the uncertainty in the routes to getting to esti I haven't started the resignation process, just incase I didn't make it to esti.. You understand!! So I intend stating in my Trp application that I don't work.. Because I feel that if I state that I work, I might just be asked to get a letter from my work place stating that they know about my education which might be had to get because the study time is 3years,thats too long a time to stay away from work... So my question now is how can I apply for the tax doc... Won't my name show as a staff in the tax doc I will obtain? Or can apply for the tax exemption?

yes ! A document stating members of ur family ! U can do that wit a court affidavit it's accepted !

It was very low,because I didn't prepare atall, and I'm a science student with excellent grades in all other subjects except English Lan.

The distraction at that exam hall make me score low.

I had two weeks to prepare my brother.... I was also distracted in the hall on my test day but if you really want to get this admission then you must pass this English test... On Monday Wil be 12th of March.. If you Register for another test, you still have time to get your result... Just work hard.. Estonia is worth it

It won't help to tell your school you studied in English. Your toefl should speak for you. The best thing is to write it again.

Try mailing them directly explaining to them that you did all your education in English and that you are willing to take the English test also in the school when granted admission.. But how low was your score? Very low or just a little below the cut off Mark they asked for?
