drealsheggs: hello house , my name Segun Adekola, I live in Lagos. I have National diploma in Business Administration from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria, which I completed in 2012. I want to switch my career and go in to nursing ever since I completed my (ND) program, but since I completed my program in 2012, I am been trying to raise money for the nursing program that I want to go for. but all effort to raise the money as proved abortive , as I am only able to raise #100k which is not even up to what is required by the colleges , presently my monthly take home is #30k in which I have to deduct cost of feeding, transportation cost. and some other indirect expenses and I then manage to save the remaining of my salary. I am using this medium to solicit your financial assistance in any way that you can assist me in order to make my nursing dream a reality one . God bless you all. À bien tôt. I love your zeal in pursuing your dream. As you know most people here are aspiring/current student sponsoring their education through one sponsor or the other. So I'm afraid if you'll get much help help. I will advise you consult with organizations that can sponsor you. Look for an organization that will be in need of your Nursing after you graduate. Most company sponsor students they retain to work for them after their studies. To be eligible for this, your course must be a special and professional one, and must be rare here in Nigeria. I'm in Aviation, and my company sponsor student they might need course later in the future, Nursing is not among those special courses. Good luck anyway. |

nkechima: Thank U Buccatte. My sponsor is a family friend not my hubby I did not use him cos he just got a job dis last November...... meaning his statement of acct is not buoyant enough (no money as of d time I applied).... please is it advisable to attach my daughters SOA (900k+) and my hubby's employment letter (if he will release d letter "some men no dey like show women dat kind tin now" ) just to prove that dey can be catered for while I am away. Using Family friend as a sponsor is a red flag to the visa officer. You must come up with a strong SOP to cover that explaining how close you guys are, and his/her commitment in sponsoring you. That will indicate in your sponsor's letter. When your hubby start work doesn't mean a thing, include his SOA next time. Having huge some of money in the account is not the main the these officers check, they also check the inflow of money in the account on monthly basis. You can also include your child's account. No matter the number of sponsor you're using, make sure you include your own SOA in the application, with a reliable job. That will go a long in showing your ties to the officer. |

nkechima: 25th of November 2014 Biometric 2nd of December Sorry for the delay. Tackle the reasons given and re apply. Did you indicate your hubby's job in your application? This will prove to the visa officer that your hubby has a good job with good income that can cater for your study and home upkeep here in Nigeria. Your hubby SOA must be robust enough to prove that. Don't give up, re package and re apply. Sometimes it depend on the visa officer handling your case. It's just luck and the grace of God. |

nkechima: Got delayed d second time the reasons given are travel history purpose of visit and personal assets N financial status
other reason will be unable to take care of my family without working in Canada and two similar reasons like DAT tho i did not include my family in my application. i stated it clearly in my SOP dat my hubby , mother and nephew staying in our home will take care of my children while away and also ticked NO in the family form after writing dia names.
the above reason makes me feel like some of the VO's do not really go tru some application b4 ticking some boxes or dia are always eager to delay people going to colleges or somtin When did you apply? |

Compliment of the season y'all. Glory be to God for the good news of medicals and Trvs. I wish you guys all the best. As for the rest of us waiting on the Lord for good news, let's take a chill pill, we will all be given visa. I applied for a one year pilot training study visa on the 18th of November, I want to ask those that have applied for a year PG program and have been granted visa this question, how many years visa will be given to those going for a year course and are we eligible to work as other undergraduate and diploma student? |
