Good day everyone, sorry for bothering you but I need your opinions on this please.
Bear with me, I don't know how tell stories.

A friend of mine (female) who I met sometimes last year. We've become close friends but never had anything intimate and I'm not thinking it. I believe she has a boyfriend or in an intimate relationship though she has never mentioned it and I have never asked her just to stair clear from those unnecessary conversations.
She has told me about all the guys that have asked her out ranging from young to old sugar daddies. Most times when she came up with those stories I do find a way to escape from the topic untill one day she came out plain to seek my advice about someone that was asking her for marriage. She was confused because according to her, the man was pressurising her and the is about 20years older than her. I just told to follow passion.
To cut the story shot, she sent me a message some days ago telling me that she is in urgent need of four hundred naira, it was unusual to me because she never asks me for money. Before I could reply she sent a follow-up message that it's for an urgent need that was your she was specific with the exact amount that she wants to buy "Always" (sanitary pad) I didn't hesitate to ask her how I can get the money across to her and she replied "come out of your Estate, I'll also come out, while coming help me buy it, I need the blue colour" I knew that I was never going to do that but I don't object, I just told her that I was at work and can't meet that urgent request of hers. She then said that I should buy it while coming back from work. I said ok just to end it because I wasn't going to buy anything. While coming back from work I called her to come out and I gave her money to go buy it herself.
She looked disappointed and she said "this small girlfriend message that sent you, you cannot go" I didn't reply her. Just told her that I was tired and needed to rest.
I left but I kept wandering what all these could mean. Is it over familiarity? Was she trying to pull a stunt? What does she take me for.
Please what do you think about this behavior?
I need your answers please.

Noun is a time waster. Instead of a year program you end up spending two to three years reason being that they won't release all your results. You have to register again till you pass it. In short cases of missing results is much rampant with Noun. I'm speaking from experience.

Lawrence Ugwuanyi, in the past forty two months, cannot point to any major project or investment stride attributed to him,

What a set back for Enugu state that use to be a pace setter?, the governor is very well known for his big heart & buoyed generosity in given out largess to pals & political fratelli, but governance transcends such a trajectory as its based on vision & not ambition.

Governance is all about vision, creativity & ability to manage people & resources so as to optimize the political dividends for the good of the people, these germain hallmarks are none existent in this government.

His benevolence includes but not limited to doling out money to people at social functions, market places, hospitals & other sundry places instead of deploying same, for infrastructures that could serve a wider perspective.

Government is not & shall never be a father Christmas but unfortunately, that's the sordid state of things in Enugu state. While other states are commissioning major projects & wowing investors into their States,

Enugu state is building culverts & inaugurating pool betting & lotteries among pauperized indigenes, these shows you the level of thinking within the government & the amount of decay inherent in the welfare of NDI ENUGU.

The salient questions are: how many times have you seen Enugu state government showcasing their achievements on the television channels?, never, because they have nothing to show, only waste & profligacy, how many times have you seen Enugu youths & artisans attend empowerment programs both here & outside?,

How many schools have you seen getting facelifts?, how many hospitals have you seen been revitalized?. All You see on the social media & others are propagandry 'G17' & their ENDORSEMENTS therapy, one would therefore ask, when has endorsement become an achievement?,

NDI ENUGU should wake up & take up their destinies in their own hand as eight wasteful years in a life of a state, is a colossal draw back, time to act is now.

The governor has become a PAYMASTER for praise singers. If the governor has performed, he would have leveraged on same for his second tenure, but in the face of his abysmal performances, he's now resorting to all manner of ridiculous tactics including the laughable endorsement scheme, his only achievement so far.

Its therefore very imperative that NDI ENUGU must wake up now to rescue their state or brace up for another wasteful & barren four years while her neighbouring states are on the move.
