Pls someone help me, I became addicted to gionee m2 series phone due to it's long lasting battery, but it seems am paying a heavier price in another way, I lost my first m2 due to charge problem, the phone when plugged in to charge will be displaying charging but in actual fact it's not charging, I took to engineers but nothing came out of it, my second m2 charging port spoilt within 3months of usage, I bought my present m3 in April now it has started behaving funny, when plugged in to charge, it charges when it likes, but most of the times it won't charge, I am still using original follow come charger,
It seems gionee has charging problems, can anyone tell me what is wrong with these phones.

Since you've done that am sure you don't need to carry out any back up again. Option 1 Try downloading and flashing a new Gionee M2 JB ROM. Flash all the block using SP flash tool. Make sure the ROM you will flash is confirmed to work well on other phones. Also if you are on M2 4gb use 4gb ROM.. If you're on 8gb use 8gb ROM. You will need a computer to do these. I hope you have an idea. Option2 If you have a custom recovery like CWM you can also flash a working M2 ROM to the phone and am sure it will work fine. I've fixed phones that way. I strongly recommend option one as it's the ultimate. If you can't do it yourself try anyone that knows how to. It will reduce stress & damage. But if you try these things and there's still no solution (which I doubt will happen) then you will have to visit any Gionee office close to you.

My reply was late because I was banned yesterday for 24hrs. I tried replying but no way. I'm still wondering what I did wrong. For the time I will stop using the hash symbol for demarcation.

Are you on JB(Jelly Bean) or KK(KitKat)?

OK Mr Buchika! the charge issue should be coming from your charging port in your Gionee m2, try taking it to and engineer to change ur charging port!

Your torch light issue, ''led light hardware is busy try again in 20 seconds or reboot your phone'' the stock file controlling the touch is currupt . all u need to do is to wipe data/ factory reset your phone, to do this kindly switch off your fone hold down the power key and volume key down. i guess this was helpful!!
