I cultivated 8 hectares of cassava and set up a mini processing mill intending to produce garri, i got most of the process mechanized but my problem is there is no efficient machine to peel the tubers that leaves me with the only option of peeling with knives and paying for the labour is not childs play, just paying for the peeling alone finishes all the profit, so please can you source for me an effecient cassava peeling machine with the capacity of between 2 to 5 tons per hour.

Politics / Re: Is Governor Fashola Becoming A Bad Governor? By Uzoma Ahamefule. by Buchika: 2:32pm On Jan 01, 2013
for your information its only in the city centers of the state capitals of the south east that okada is banned and never the entire state as implied by one comment, banning is one thing and achieving the aim its was banned in the first place is another thing, okada business did not evolve over night and stopping it over night won't solve any problem but add to the existing one. All the places in the south east where okada was banned is still battling with kidnap and armed robbery case. If we can tell ourselves the truth okada business is a child of circumstance begotten by the failures of our successive governments. Singling out the okada riders as our sole traffic and robbery problem is nothing but hypocrisy of the highest order.

Politics / Re: Fashola Trying To Throw Acn's Goodwill Away by Buchika: 1:06pm On Oct 27, 2012
ashajeun: nice observation but i dont think his throwing away anything but we must change and when you want progress change is the price you pay for progress.but what we need is to be supportive with the government and stop being political all time as it will only stagnate nigeria and southwest must be ready for change and stop been scared of change
what change are you talking about, waking up overnight to effect changes that will affect the livelihood of thousands of people, what change are you talking about when there re no electricity for the welders, barbers, tailors, and amenities for craftsmen, no road, no good transport system, no security ,no enabling environment for small scale businesses, what do you want these people to do since government has failed them. This is oppression. You cant push someone and at the same time tell him where not to fall.
Politics / Re: Okada Riders Damaged 42 Buses – LAGBUS, LAMATA by Buchika: 11:18pm On Oct 24, 2012
put in place a sound transport system and okada will be a thing of the past. Anything short of that is oppression

Sorry for the loss.
But you should have considered all those aspect before the harvest of the cassava.

I won't want to promise a feedback on this and dissapoint you.

What I will suggest is for you to find out major cassava farmers/dealerls and distributors and genuinely seek their advice, believe me, most of them will tell you even if you will have to pay a few cash for it.

All the best. But when I have something beneficial on this, I will certainly let you know.

thanks all the same
Business / Re: The Entrepreneur's Manual by Buchika: 9:59pm On Oct 14, 2012
acidtalk more grease to ur elbow, i went in to agric and cultivated over 4 hectares (100 plots) of cassava hoping to process and sell as garri or starch. At end of the day the loss was terrible. Processing took away all the money. So please can you advice on a better way of processing cassava especially peeling of the tubers or how to make the cassava business profitable. Waiting 4 ur reply

I bought a life assurance policy from Standard Alliance Life Assurance Company Ltd, on maturity in February this year, I signed and submitted all the required documents and this is September I am yet to get my money, on enquiry they couldn't give any reason. I am confused, is this an exception or is it normal. Anyone who has travelled this road should please educate me.

U Cant really upgrade right now with pc suite cos you are currently on Belle firmware, which is the current update that Nokia provides as of now. U can either download a new firmware from NAVIFIRM or betterstill, use any of those firmwares released by popular modders (Xeon, Aminking or Taylor). I personally recommend Xeon belle version 4 (111.040.0904) U ll definitely like it cos it is was the leaked Belle fp1 version for N8 (which is now released officially and tagged "Belle REFRESH" dunno if it s available for upgrade in Nigeria yet though)

Sometimes an uncompleted firmware do appear on Navifirm and might contain some bugs. Seen some users complain about the TV Out issue with belle update.sorry bro but u might have to reflash your phone with a different BELLE firmware for your TV Out to work properly.
temmy do i get one from Nokia suite or from navifirm, which one is the best.

U dont have to set TV out as default before it detects the connection to the TV bro. things hav changed a lil' with Belle Unlike Anna. The Phone will automatically select the microphone mode if the TV couldnt be detected when u plug in a cable to the 3mmJack.
There might be 2 possible reasons for your devices not detecting your TV,
1. U r not connecting properly
2. Firmware Bug.

I wont say your cable is bad cos u once used it with Anna and it works, but I need to be sure if you connected your phone propely. Now do this;
Go back to settings-Phone-Accessories and select HEADPHONES ( u can select any other ones of your choice apart from MUSIC STAND,TEXT PHONE CAR KIT)
Switch your TV on and make sure it is in AV mode
Connect the cable to your phone and TV respectively
Make sure the device dectects and shows an accessory plugged in (an earphone at least)
with the cable still connected, switch your phone OFF, the back On and waith for it to boot into standby
Now u should have your Phone content on your TV
If u still dont get any result, then the bug is from your firware updgrade..
NB: please make sure ur cable is ok and that the VIDEO/Yellow cord is correctly connected to the Video-In (Yellow) part of the TV.
Do give me a feedback bro.
thanks a million times temmy, I will try it now and know.
